- Within the warranty period, repair is guaranteed for failures due to electrical circuit problems. Man-made damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts (such as foot stick) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.

FN1 Key Combinations
- FN1 + <ESC> = ~ (Tilde)
- FN1 + <1> through <0> = F1 through F10
- FN1 + <- _> = F11
- FN1 + <+ => = F12
- FN1 + <A> = Left Arrow (←)
- FN1 + <S> = Down Arrow (↓)
- FN1 + <D> = Right Arrow (→)
- FN1 + <W> = Up Arrow (↑)
- FN1 + <P> = Print Screen (PRTSC)

Fn2 Key Combinations
- FN2 + "9" = Cycles through 18 backlighting modes.
- FN2 + "0" = Turns off backlighting.
- FN2 + "-" = Decreases brightness (5 levels).
- FN2 + "+" = Increases brightness (5 levels).
- FN1 + WIN = Locks the Windows key. Press again to unlock.
- FN2 + <ESC> = Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset to factory settings.
Macro Recording for In-Game Lighting
- To begin recording, press FN2 + "Backspace". The CAPS LOCK key will blink slowly, indicating the keyboard is ready for recording.
- Press FN2 + "Backspace" again to start recording. The CAPS LOCK key will blink quickly. Press the desired keys to record your macro sequence (up to 64 keys or 30 seconds). Press FN2 + "Backspace" to save and exit the recording mode. Recorded macro keys will illuminate in green.
- To delete all macros, press and hold FN1 + "Backspace" for 5 seconds.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Issue: Keyboard not responding.
Solution: Please check if the keyboard's USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on your computer. Alternatively, try using a different USB port.
Issue: Liquid spilled on the keyboard.
Solution: Immediately unplug the keyboard's USB cable from the computer. Wipe off any excess liquid. Place the keyboard in a warm, ventilated area and ensure it is completely dry naturally before the next use.
