5-Years Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects
Please read this Limited Warranty carefully. To maintain your Warranty, you must comply with the conditions stated here. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages resulting from misuse.
- Please register your product at www.zinus.com/resources/register to receive up-to-date warranty and product information.
- Your new Compack® bed frame is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects that may compromise the sleep quality provided by the Compack® bed frame. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. No warranty will be honored without an original sales receipt. The warranty and financial responsibility of the manufacturer apply only to the Compack® bed frame itself and do not extend to mattresses used on the Compack® bed frame.
- Manufacturing defects include circumstances where the Compack® bed frame has broken under normal use and no longer provides proper support for your mattress. Proper support is defined as a smooth, flat, rigid surface. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, stop using the product immediately and contact customer service.
- This warranty applies only when the Compack® bed frame has been properly used by consumers who purchased the bed frame from authorized dealers as a new product. Proper use means using the foundation on a level surface with an equal distribution of weight. Proper use also means the Compack® bed frame was not abused by the consumer, as defined by the manufacturer, including not exceeding the weight capacity of 2000 pounds for Twin, TwinXL, Full Size or 4000 pounds for Queen, King, CalKing Size. This does not constitute agreement to replace other parts.
- If the Compack® bed frame fails due to manufacturing defects, the manufacturer will repair or replace it at its discretion. Zinus reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement part will match the existing piece or foundation.
- If the Compack® bed frame requires inspection by the manufacturer to determine a warranty claim, the transportation or removal cost is borne by the consumer.
