Assembly Instructions

Please check that you have all parts and hardware before beginning assembly.

Parts List

  • Tabletop (x1)
  • Leg Assemblies (x2)
  • Crossbars (x2)
  • Central Support Beam (x1)
  • Control Box (x1)
  • Handset (x1)
  • Power Cable (x1)
  • Connecting Cable (x1)

Hardware and Tools

  • Screws: Ax16, Bx12, Cx11, Dx2
  • Feet: Ex4
  • Allen Key: Fx1
  • Cable Ties: Gx10

Tools recommended for assembly include a screwdriver and a power drill. Assembly is easier with two people. Ensure you have adequate space and a protective surface (like a rug) for assembly.

Step 1: Attach Crossbars to Leg Assemblies

Take the two leg assemblies and the two crossbars. Align the holes on the crossbars with the corresponding holes on the leg assemblies. Secure the crossbars to the leg assemblies using 8 screws (Ax8).

Step 2: Attach First Leg Assembly to Crossbar

Connect one of the leg assemblies to the crossbar assembly. Ensure proper alignment. Use 8 screws (Ax8) to secure the leg assembly to the crossbar. The inset shows a screw (A) being inserted and tightened.

Step 3: Attach Second Leg Assembly

Attach the second leg assembly to the other side of the crossbar using 4 screws (Bx4). Ensure the leg assembly is correctly oriented.

Step 4: Connect Leg Assemblies with Central Support Beam

Connect the two leg assemblies using the central support beam. Slide the beam into the designated slots on the leg assemblies and secure it. A note indicates that a specific mounting hole may not be visible on 120cm tabletops.

Step 5: Attach Feet and Position Tabletop

Attach the feet (Ex4) to the bottom of each leg assembly using 8 screws (Bx8). Carefully place the tabletop upside down on a protected surface. Align the assembled base structure with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the tabletop.

Step 6: Align Base to Tabletop

Ensure the assembled leg and support structure is correctly positioned and aligned with the mounting points on the underside of the tabletop.

Step 7: Flip Desk Upright

With assistance, carefully flip the assembled desk upright onto its feet. Ensure it is stable.

Step 8: Mount Control Box

Mount the control box to the underside of the tabletop. Align the control box with the designated mounting points and secure it using 8 screws (Ax8). The inset shows the alignment and screw placement.

Step 9: Attach Handset and Connect Cables

Attach the handset to the underside of the tabletop, typically near the front edge, using 4 screws (Cx11). Connect the cables from the leg assemblies and the handset to the control box. The diagram shows ports labeled 'AC' (for power) and 'M1' (for handset), and corresponding plugs. Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 10: Connect Power and Test

Connect the power cable to the control box and plug it into a wall outlet. The desk is now ready for initial use. A diagram illustrates that when testing the desk's stability or load capacity, it is safe to place weights on the tabletop (indicated by a checkmark ✅), but avoid placing excessive weight or objects that could cause damage (indicated by a cross ❌).

Step 11: Cable Management

Use the provided cable ties (Gx10) to neatly organize and secure all cables under the tabletop, preventing them from interfering with desk movement or creating a tripping hazard.

Operation Instructions

NOTICE: Before operating, ensure no obstacles are in the desk's path, the tabletop does not touch walls, and all cords have sufficient length for height adjustment. You must RESET the desk prior to first use.

1. Reset Procedure

  1. Press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches its lowest height.
  2. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the display shows 'AST'.

  6. Confirm by pressing and holding DOWN until the desk moves slightly and stops.

2. Child Lock

This feature prevents accidental activation or movement of the desk.

  1. Press and hold the M button until the display shows 'S' followed by 'LOC'.
  2. Release the button. Child lock is now activated.

Repeat the steps to unlock the handset.

3. Collision Detection Sensitivity Adjustment

This feature helps prevent damage by stopping the desk if it encounters an obstruction.

  1. Press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches its lowest position.
  2. Press and hold DOWN again until the display reads 'AST'.
  3. Press and hold UP until the display shows '10.5' (Maximum Sensitivity), '10.6' (Medium Sensitivity), or '10.7' (Low Sensitivity).
  4. Press and hold UP again until the desired sensitivity setting is reached.
  5. Release the button and wait for the display to return to 'AST'.
  6. Confirm by pressing and holding DOWN until the desk moves slightly and stops.

4. Setting Upper and Lower Limits

You can set maximum and minimum height limits for the desk.

4.1 Setting the Upper Limit:

  1. Move the desk to the desired maximum height using UP or DOWN buttons.
  2. Press and release the M button.
  3. Press and release the UP button; wait for the display to show '5 -'.
  4. Press and hold the M button until the display shows '999'.
  5. The display will return to the selected height, indicating the new upper limit is set.

4.2 Setting the Lower Limit:

  1. Move the desk to the desired minimum height using UP or DOWN buttons.
  2. Press and release the M button.
  3. Press and release the DOWN button; wait for the display to show '5 -'.
  4. Press and hold the M button until the display shows '000'.
  5. The display will return to the selected height, indicating the new lower limit is set.

4.3 How to Remove Limits:

  1. Press and release the M button; wait for the display to show '5 -'.
  2. Press and hold the M button; wait for the display to show '555'.
  3. The display will return to the height display, indicating limits are removed.

NOTICE: The RESET procedure requires the desk to fully retract, potentially beyond any set lower limit. Ensure adequate clearance below the desk.

Troubleshooting

Display Error Codes:

  • AST: The desk needs to be RESET. Follow the RESET procedure described in the Operation Instructions.
  • E01 - E13: Confirm all wired connections are secure (legs to cables, cables to control box). Then, perform the RESET procedure. If 'AST' is already displayed, skip the first two steps of the RESET procedure.
  • HOI: Overheat protection has been triggered. Let the desk cool down for 20 minutes.

If your desk is not functioning properly and the reset procedure did not help, please contact customer support. For contact information, visit:
