Assembly Instructions
This section provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the Desktronic Home One desk.
Parts List:
- Desktop (x1)
- Lifting Columns (x2)
- Crossbar (x1)
- Support Brackets (x2)
- Transmission Rod (x1)
- Control Box (x1)
- Handset Controller (x1)
- Power Cable (x1)
- Screws (various types and quantities: Ax4, Bx8, Cx16, Dx4, Ex1)

- Hexagon Wrenches (Fx1, Gx1, Hx1)
Assembly Steps:
- Attach the support brackets to the underside of the desktop using screws (F).
- Attach the lifting columns to the support brackets using screws (F).
- Connect the transmission rod between the two lifting columns. Ensure it is properly seated.
- Attach the crossbar to the lifting columns using screws (B) and (D).
- Connect the control box to the lifting columns and the transmission rod.
- Connect the handset controller to the control box.
- Secure the control box and handset controller cables using the provided straps (I).
- Attach the desktop to the assembled base using screws (A).
- Connect the power cable to the control box and plug it into a wall outlet.
Important Notes:
- Ensure all screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
- Refer to the diagrams for precise placement of parts and screws.
- If the transmission rod does not fit, adjust it using the hexagon wrench (E).
- When securing screws (C), ensure they are inserted at approximately 80% for initial placement and 100% for final tightening, as shown in the diagrams.
Operation Instructions
1. Basic Functions
1.1 Upward Desktop Movement: Press and hold the 'up' button on the handset until the desired height is reached.
1.2 Downward Desktop Movement: Press and hold the 'down' button on the handset until the desired height is reached.
The desk will continue moving until the button is released or the maximum/minimum height is reached.
2. Memory Settings
The handset has memory settings for storing preferred heights (e.g., sitting and standing positions).
To set memory positions:
- Adjust the desk to the desired height.
- Press the 'M' button.
- Press a number button (1, 2, or 3) to save the position.
- Repeat for other desired positions.
Memory positions can also help prevent collisions with furniture.
3. Child Lock
To prevent accidental operation, press and hold the 'up' and 'down' buttons simultaneously until 'LOC' appears on the screen. Repeat to unlock.
4. Manual Reset
If 'rE5' appears on the screen, a manual reset is required. Press and hold the 'down' button until the desk reaches its lowest point and the height readings appear.
5. Troubleshooting
Symptom | Solution |

Desk not moving | Ensure all cables are connected. Unplug the desk for one minute, then reconnect. Follow installation instructions and perform a manual reset. |

6. Error Codes and Solutions

HOT | Overheat protection triggered. Wait 15 minutes. Unplug and reconnect the desk. |

E01/E02 | Ensure cables are connected. Unplug and reconnect the desk. Ensure the desk is not overloaded. |

E07 | Maximum lifting weight exceeded (100kg incl. tabletop). Unload the desk. |
E08/E09 | Under/Over-Voltage Protection triggered. Operates at 110-240V. Error clears when voltage normalizes. |
E10 | Handset/LED Display error. Reconnect handset to control box. Do not unplug the desk from the wall during this operation. |

8. Programming Your Desktronic Desk
The Desktronic desk can be programmed for various requirements.
8.1 Programming Instructions:
- Press and hold the 'M' button for 3 seconds until 'S--' appears. Release 'M'.
- Press 'M' again. '1Un' should appear. Use 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to navigate the main settings menu.
- To change a setting, press 'M' once. Scroll through options with 'UP'/'DOWN'. Confirm selection by pressing 'M' again. Press '1' to return.

9. Attention
- Before cleaning, unplug the power cable. Clean with a slightly damp cloth. Keep electrical components away from liquids.
- Control box contains electronic components, metal, plastic, and wires. Dispose of responsibly.
- Ensure the product is correctly installed before use.
- Read instructions to understand all functions and settings before operation.
- Keep children away from the desk, control units, and handsets. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by unpredictable child behavior.
- Slight noise from the belt or brake system does not affect product use.
- Do not use corrosive or abrasive materials for cleaning. Dispose of cleaning solutions environmentally friendly.
- Understand the risks. Children or those with cognitive impairment should not use the product without supervision.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified specialist.
- Packaging materials are not toys and may pose a choking hazard. Retain original packaging for future transport if necessary.
10. Recycling and Disposal
This product cannot be disposed of as household waste. Recycle to prevent environmental damage. Use available recycling systems or contact the distributor/manufacturer for assistance.
11. Desktronic Limited Warranty
Desktronic offers a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in material or workmanship for its height-adjustable desks. Activate your warranty at https://desktronic.de/pages/garantie.
What are your Remedies?
Desktronic will replace defective parts free of charge or, at its option, replace the entire defective product or part under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. If replacement or repair is not practical or timely, Desktronic may refund the purchase price upon return of the product. Replacement items shipped within Europe are free; shipping costs may apply for addresses outside Europe. Standard shipping is DPD Economy.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. DESKTRONIC NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.
What is NOT Covered?
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from material or workmanship defects.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
- Accessories, connected materials, or products not manufactured by Desktronic.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions and guidelines.
The limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or alterations.
How to File a Claim?
To claim warranty service, contact Desktronic via email at info@desktronic.de. Provide proof of purchase (sales receipt or other evidence of date and place of purchase).
Implied Warranty and Limitation of Damages
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Desktronic is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranty duration or exclusion of certain damages.

This warranty is governed by the laws of Lithuania.
