Detecting Air Pressure
The current air pressure is displayed automatically after the high-pressure air hose is connected and the compressor is turned on.
Determining the Correct Air Pressure
To prevent injuries and property damage from over-inflation, refer to the item's instructions or accompanying directions to determine the correct air pressure required before inflating.
Tires
Recommended inflation pressure for car, bicycle, electric scooter, and motorcycle tires is indicated on the tire's sidewall. Car tire pressures are also on the driver's side door jamb. Refer to your vehicle's manual for load weight recommendations.
Balls
Recommended air pressure for footballs, basketballs, volleyballs, and other balls is indicated near the ball's air valve.

Stop Inflating
The air compressor automatically stops when the preset pressure is reached. It can also be manually stopped by pressing the start/stop button once.
Caution
Items like balloons, beach balls, and swim rings may not auto-stop inflating due to low pressure requirements. Inflate these items manually with caution.
Battery Information
The air compressor's battery lasts approximately 25 minutes on a full charge under no load at 25°C. Heavy load or lower ambient temperatures may reduce battery life.
Disconnecting the Air Compressor
The valve adapter and air hose can be hot after inflating. Be careful to avoid burns. Some air may leak when disconnecting. Disconnect quickly to avoid pressure loss.
Cautions
- Not a toy; recommended for users 16 years or older. Keep children and bystanders at a safe distance.
- Built-in non-removable lithium-ion battery. Do not expose to fire, high temperatures, impact, or water, as this risks fire, combustion, or explosion.
- Do not store below -10°C or above 45°C. Extreme temperatures shorten service life and damage the battery.
- Charge at least once every three months if unused for long periods.
- DC motor may produce sparks; do not use in flammable/explosive environments.
- Turn off immediately if unusual noise or overheating occurs.
- Always select the correct air pressure unit before setting pressure to prevent accidents.
- Common unit conversions: 1 bar ≈ 14.5 psi, 1 bar = 100 kPa, 1 psi ≈ 6.89 kPa.
- Monitor during use; do not leave unattended without preset pressure to avoid over-inflation.
- Use only in a clean, dry environment. Dirt can cause damage. Not waterproof; do not clean with water.
- If malfunctioning, reinsert and remove the air hose to restart. Contact after-sales service if issues persist.
- Use Xiaomi MDY-12-EQ chargers or equivalent with compliant cables. Warranty does not cover charging issues from non-compliance.
- Hose connection gets hot during prolonged use; avoid touching.
General Power Tool Safety Warnings

- Do not use if the switch is faulty.
- Disconnect power/battery before adjustments, accessory changes, or storage.
- Store idle tools out of reach of children; do not allow untrained users to operate.
- Maintain tools and accessories: check for misalignment, binding, breakage. Repair if damaged.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
- Use tools and accessories according to instructions, considering working conditions.
Battery Tool Use and Care
- Recharge only with the manufacturer-specified charger.
- Use only specifically designated battery packs.
- Keep battery packs away from metal objects (paper clips, coins, keys) when not in use to prevent shorting.
- Avoid contact with ejected battery liquid; flush with water if contact occurs. Seek medical help for eye contact.
- Do not use damaged or modified battery packs.
- Do not expose battery packs or tools to fire or excessive temperatures (above 130°C / 265°F).

- Keep new and used batteries away from children.
- Dispose of batteries safely according to local laws, not as household waste.
Troubleshooting
Issues | Solutions |
---|---|
The air compressor does not turn on. | 1. Check if the air hose is removed from its compartment. 2. Fully charge the air compressor and turn it on. |
The inflation speed is slow. | 1. Check battery power. 2. Check for air hose leaks. 3. Ensure both ends of the air hose are securely connected. 4. Check if the inflated item is leaking. |
The air compressor turns on but does not inflate. | 1. Check battery power. 2. Check if current air pressure is higher than the preset value. |
The preset pressure cannot be increased or decreased. | Ensure the air compressor is in the correct inflation mode. Manual mode allows adjustment between 3-150 psi. |
The air compressor inflates normally but the displayed pressure is zero. | The pressure of low-pressure inflatables (e.g., balloons) is too low to measure. |
The air compressor has already turned off after connecting the air hose to a valve. | Press and hold the start/stop button to turn the air compressor on again. |
The air leaks out when connecting the air hose. | Make sure the air hose is securely connected. |
The battery level indicator on the display does not light up while charging. | Replace the charging cable and adapter with safe and compliant ones, and charge again. |
