About the Watch
Watch Features:
- Rotating crown: A crown on the side of the watch for navigation.
- BACK button: A button on the side of the watch to go back.
- Heart Rate Sensor: Located on the back of the watch.
- Charging Port: Located on the back of the watch for charging.
Watch Charging
- Please fully charge the watch before first use.
- Connect the magnetic charging cable's USB connector to a power adapter or a computer's USB port.
- The magnetic connector of the charging cable automatically attaches to the back of the watch. Ensure the metal contacts on the watch are clean and properly connected to the charger.
- Note: Use only the original KOSPET magnetic charging cable. Ensure both the cable and watch are dry and clean before charging.
- Use a power adapter with an output current of 500mA or higher, certified to meet safety standards.
Charging Indicator: An illustration shows the watch charging with a battery indicator at 75% and time displayed as 12:00, connected to a USB port.
Watch Wear and Care Tips
Cleaning and Maintenance After Water Activities
After water activities (e.g., swimming, surfing), shake the watch to remove residual water. Wipe the watch body and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Allow to dry completely before wearing to prevent salt deposits affecting normal use.
Cleaning Tips After Workouts
After intense activities (e.g., running, hiking, cycling), sweat and acidic residues may accumulate. Rinse the watch with clean water and dry it promptly to minimize long-term corrosion.
Cleaning Precautions
- Do not use soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, or other harsh chemicals to clean the watch to avoid skin irritation or component damage.
- Device defects or damage from improper cleaning or chemical exposure are not covered under warranty.
Usage Environment Precautions
To maintain water resistance, do not expose the watch to:
- High-temperature environments (e.g., saunas, hot showers)
- High-pressure water (e.g., diving, water skiing)
- Strong corrosive liquids or UV/radiation exposure
Note: Prolonged exposure to extreme conditions can accelerate gasket deterioration, potentially leading to water ingress.
App Download and Installation
Before using the smartwatch, download the Apexmove App to access health and fitness data insights and customize settings for a healthier lifestyle.
Method 1: QR Code Scan
Scan the QR code on the right to download and install the App.

Enter "Apexmove" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download and install the App.

App Registration and Login
- Once installation is complete, open the App. Allow Bluetooth and location access, and grant other necessary permissions on the smartwatch.
- To experience all smartwatch features, register and log into the App before use.

Pairing and Connection
Method 1: QR Code Pairing
- Press and hold the crown for 3 seconds to power on the watch and switch to the QR code interface.
- Open the App and navigate to My > My Device.
- Select the scanning icon to pair the watch.

Method 2: Device Search Pairing
- Press and hold the crown for 3 seconds to power on the watch.
- Open the App and navigate to My > My Device.
- Select the "Add Device" icon, find "KOSPET MAGIC R10" from nearby devices, and tap to pair.
