Requires three "C" (LR14) and three "AAA" (LR03) alkaline batteries (not included). Adult assembly is required. A Phillips screwdriver (not included) is required for battery installation.

Description of Toy: The primary toy is the Hyper Jet, a futuristic flying vehicle. It is depicted with figures, including the Keytron™ Robot and a Tough Terrain Vehicle, in a rocky, barren landscape.

Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble the Hyper Jet:
Step 1: Landing Gear Attachment
Position the jet body with the bottom facing you. Attach the smaller front landing gear into the jet body. Attach the two larger rear landing gear into the jet body. Turn the jet body upright.
Step 2: Wing Attachment
Attach the two wings into the jet body.
Step 3: Hose Connection
Connect the hose into the hole in the cargo bay.
Step 4: Cargo Door and Ramp Assembly
Attach the ramp to the cargo door. Position the cargo door near the back of the jet with the ramp facing up. Fit the right side door peg into the right hole in the jet body, then fit the left side door peg into the left hole. Rotate the cargo door up to close it.
Step 5: Mission Central Console Storage
Fit the pegs on the sides of the Mission Central Console into the two grooves on the top of the jet body. Rotate the Mission Central Console down to store it in the jet cargo bay.
Step 6: Glider Support Attachment
Attach the two glider supports into the jet body.
Step 7: Glider Wing Mounting
Fit the glider wing onto the two pegs on the glider supports. The glider wing is removable and can attach to the back of most figures.
Step 8: Space Pod Installation
Press and hold the latch on the jet body. Fit the space pod into the opening at the front of the jet body and release the latch.
Step 9: Hyperbot Assembly
Fit the post on the bottom of the pod into the rectangular opening on the Tough Terrain Vehicle. Rotate the "head" up over the canopy. Fit the water cannon into the "hand" hole. Place the stretcher on the back of the Tough Terrain Vehicle. The Hyperbot is now ready for action!
Step 10: On Board Storage
Place the stretcher and tough terrain vehicle into the cargo bay. Slide the two loading ramps into the jet. Close the rear cargo door. Rotate the Mission Central Console into the cargo bay. Reattach the glider wing.
Operation and Features
Launching the Water Cannon: Insert a water missile into the slot in the water cannon. Press the button on top to launch the missile. Important: Only use projectiles supplied with this toy. Do not launch at people or animals or at point blank range.
Using the Glider Wing: The glider wing detaches easily from the jet and slides onto the back of most Rescue Heroes® figures, including Keytron™.
Tough Terrain Vehicle: This vehicle also functions as a "stand alone" vehicle. Place any figure on top of the vehicle to explore the area or respond to emergencies.
Welcome Aboard the Hyper Jet™ HQ!: Hear Keytron™ or Warren Waters™ assign missions to the crew on the Mission Central Screen. Connect the tethered backpacks to your Robotz figure and minibot, then press the mission button in the center of the screen to start the adventure!
Keytron™ Functions:
- Mission Button: Attach a Robotz figure and minibot to the tethered backpacks. Press the Mission button to hear a conversation between the attached figures and Warren Waters™ or Keytron™ (if attached). If the light under the button blinks, press again for more mission details. Press without figures attached to hear Warren Waters™ phrases.
- Phrases Button: Press to hear phrases from the computer's voice or Keytron™ (if attached).
- Sound Effects Button: Press to hear various realistic sound effects.
- On/Off Switch: Slide to turn the toy on or off. When finished playing, slide the switch to the "off" position. If the toy does not respond, try sliding the switch off and then on again. If issues persist, replace batteries as indicated on page 8.
Note: Mission Select™ and Voice Tech™ figures also work with the Mission Central Console.
Battery Installation and Safety
Battery Requirements:
- Mission Central Console: Requires three 1.5V "C" (LR14) alkaline batteries.
- Keytron™ Robot: Requires three 1.5V "AAA" (LR03) alkaline batteries.
Installation:
For Mission Central Console: Locate the battery compartment on the back. Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the door. Insert three "C" (LR14) alkaline batteries as indicated inside the compartment. Replace the door and tighten the screws. Replace batteries when lights or sounds become faint or stop.
For Keytron™ Robot: Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the robot. Loosen the screw in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver and open the door. Insert three "AAA" (LR03) alkaline batteries as indicated on the outside of the door. Close the door and tighten the screw. Replace batteries when sounds become faint or stop.
Battery Safety Information:
- Batteries may leak fluids that can cause chemical burns or damage the toy.
- Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types (alkaline, standard, rechargeable).
- Insert batteries as indicated.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries from the toy. Dispose of batteries safely; do not dispose of in fire as they may explode or leak.
- Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recommended.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging.
- If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.
Care and Maintenance
Wipe this toy with a clean damp cloth dampened with a mild soap and water solution. Do not immerse this toy in water.
