RF Exposure (SAR) Information
This device complies with Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) for general population/uncontrolled exposure (localized 10-gram SAR for head and abdomen, limit: 2.0 W/kg) as stated in Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, and ICNIRP Guidelines, and RED (Directive 2014/53/EU).
During SAR testing, this device is set to transmit at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, and placed in positions that simulate RF exposure in use for the head without a separation device and near the body with a 5 mm separation.

Terms and Conditions
- These limited warranty terms are only valid in Indonesia and the product is not eligible for International warranty service. To qualify for service, the service must be performed by an authorized POCO service center.
- POCO may conduct tests on the customer's product to determine the cause of damage. Before submitting any unit for repair, customers must back up data and save any personal or confidential information on the product, and ensure the Mi Account is signed out. POCO is not responsible for any damage or loss of programs, data, or removable storage media.
- Contact the POCO Service Center via WA/hotline/chat first, and ensure the following information is available:
- Product model, serial number, and IMEI number if available.
- Customer's full address and contact information.
- Proof of Purchase, original customer purchase invoice duplicate.
- The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Product serial number, IMEI number, or warranty seal is missing, has been erased, damaged, or altered. Missing accessories or external parts of the product.
- Any damage occurring inside or outside the product surface, including cracks, defects, or scratches on the case, screen, camera lens, buttons, and other attachments, but not limited to these.
- General maintenance, password reset assistance, application updates or installations, product demonstrations, or services not related to repair/replacement.
- Product damage caused by disassembly and normal use, including rust and stains, but not limited to these.
- And other instances contrary to business ethics.
- POCO will determine if a product has "Lost Warranty" according to company policy that aligns with the standards below. Repair of products that have "Lost Warranty" must be handled separately by POCO service centers, and repairs performed on such products will incur additional charges.
- Violation of warranty terms, voiding the warranty, warranty expiration, or other reasons.
- During the warranty period, if violations are committed by the customer, such as damage, self-repair, water exposure, damage due to misuse, replacement, misunderstanding the product manual, etc.
