1. Getting Started
Connect the 1.7-meter USB-A to USB-C cable directly to the computer and keyboard.
System Switching (Windows/Mac): Long press Fn + O for 3 seconds to switch between Windows and Mac systems. If the system is not switched to match your computer, some functions may not work correctly.
2. Using Akko Official Driver
- Keyboard keys and lighting can be customized via the driver.
- Keyboard lighting can synchronize with music rhythm through the driver.
- Download the "Akko Cloud Driver" from the official website.
- Driver download address:

The Akko Cloud Driver software enables key remapping, macro recording, magnetic switch actuation adjustment, rapid trigger, and dynamic keypress optimization. For detailed features, please visit the official website or social accounts on X (Twitter) and YouTube. If the driver fails to recognize your keyboard, please contact Akko for technical support.

6. Akko Warranty and Service Statement
- Akko offers a one-year warranty for customers in mainland China. For other regions, please contact your seller (Akko distributor) for specific warranty policy.
- If the warranty window expires, customers need to pay for repairs. Akko will also provide instructions if users prefer to repair the keyboard by themselves. However, users shall take full responsibility for any loss happened during self-repair.
- Defects resulting from disassembly of the product, improper usage, and incorrect installation are not covered by warranty.
- Official after-sales service hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Holidays are based on national statutory holidays.
- Return and warranty policies may vary across platforms and are dependent on the specific dealer at the time of purchase.
Warning: Damage caused by misuse, including (but not limited to) liquid spills, drops, and forcefully pulling cables, will not be covered by warranty. Please handle this keyboard with care like any other electronic device.
