Akko Warranty and Service Statement
- Akko provides a one-year warranty for customers in mainland China. For other regions, please contact your seller (Akko distributor) at 0755-23216420 for specific warranty policies.
- If the warranty period expires, customers will be charged for repairs. Akko will provide instructions if users wish to repair the keyboard themselves. Users assume full responsibility for any losses incurred during self-repair.
- Disassembling the keyboard without the manufacturer/seller's instructions will immediately void the warranty.
- Official after-sales service hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. National holidays are observed.
- Return and warranty policies may vary across different platforms and depend on the specific dealer at the time of purchase.
