Product Overview
The ATEN CL5708iM is an IP-based KVM control device that allows both local and remote users to monitor and access multiple computers. Remote users can access the switches via a web browser over TCP/IP from anywhere on the internet. The CL5708iM supports up to 32 simultaneous user logins for single-bus computer access. An integrated feature, similar to an internet chat program, the Message Board, allows users to communicate with each other. The ability to exchange information in real-time enables them to cooperatively manage installations in a smooth and efficient manner.
The CL5708iM offers a space-saving, straightforward approach to KVM switch technology by integrating a keyboard, 17" LED-backlit LCD monitor, and touchpad into a 1U rack-mountable sliding housing. Furthermore, as the CL5708iM is based on a modular design, the KVM portion can be detached from the switch portion for convenient maintenance and repair.
