Installation Steps

The following steps illustrate the general installation process. Refer to specific diagrams for detailed assembly of each configuration.

Step 1: Component Preparation

Select the appropriate MFP-KF clamp and associated components (e.g., MFP-UL, MFP-ULD) based on the pipe size and load requirements. Ensure all parts are clean and undamaged.

Step 2: Clamp Assembly

Attach the selected MFP components to the pipe using the provided hardware. The diagrams show the correct orientation and order of assembly. For example, in some configurations, the distance 'V' is determined by 'H' (e.g., V = H-100mm or V = H-140mm).

Step 3: Fastening

Secure the clamp assembly to the mounting structure using appropriate anchors and bolts. Pay attention to the specified torque values (Tinst) for each component, such as 7 Nm, 12 Nm, 15 Nm, 20 Nm, or 45 Nm, as indicated in the tables and diagrams.

Step 4: Alignment and Adjustment

Ensure the pipe is correctly aligned. The system allows for adjustments, with maximum angular deviations (α, β) of 15° recommended, where α = β.

Step 5: Final Checks

Verify all connections are secure and that the clamp is properly seated. Ensure a minimum clearance of 0 mm is maintained where specified, and maximum clearances (e.g., max. 20 mm) are not exceeded.

Technical Data and Torque Specifications

The following tables provide key technical data, including load capacities (Fmax) and installation torque (Tinst) for various MFP-KF clamp sizes and configurations.
