Connecting Your Gaming Headset
Wired Mode
- Connect the detachable microphone (4) to the microphone port (5) on the left cup of the headset.
- Choose the right cable depending on which USB port your device has.
- Connect the cable to the Type-C port (7) on the left cup and the device you plan to use.
- Adjust the headband size by moving the headset's cups.
- Press once on the microphone mute button (10) to Mute ?? or Unmute the microphone.
- Use the volume control wheel (11) to set the playback volume.
NOTICE: In 2.4GHz or BT mode, connecting the cable will automatically change the playback mode to the wired one.
2.4GHz Wireless Mode
- Turn on the headset. Press the power button (9) twice to switch the headset to the 2.4GHz mode. In 2.4GHz mode, the indicator light flashes green ?.
- Connect the 2.4GHz Type-C dongle (12) to your computer and wait a few seconds for the headset to pair with the dongle.
- Select the HATOR® Hyperpunk 3 headset as the audio recording and playback device in the operating system.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend using the included USB-A to Type-C cable to position the dongle in front of you when connecting to a PC to prevent interference.
BT Mode
- Turn on the headset. Press the power button (9) twice to switch the headset to the BT mode. In BT mode, the indicator light flashes blue ?.
- Turn on BT on your device and start searching for available devices.
- Find the HATOR® Hyperpunk 3 headset in the list and connect to it.
If the headset and your device have been paired already, the headset will connect to it automatically as soon as you switch to BT mode.
Phone Calls
To receive phone calls, turn on BT mode (9) and connect the headset to the smartphone.
No Connection
If no device is connected to the headset, it will turn off after 5 minutes of idle.

- ANC modes switching: Press once to switch noise canceling modes: ANC ON / Transparency On / ANC OFF
- Spatial Audio and Head Tracking on/off: Press three times ? (Automatic calibration after 8 seconds of offset )
- Microphone mute on/off: Press and hold for 2 seconds ??
- Restore factory settings: In BT mode, press and hold NC button ⚙️ for 5 seconds

Safety, Maintenance, and Warranty
Safety Instructions
- Do not disassemble the device or attempt to operate it under abnormal current loads. This will void the warranty.
- Keep the device away from liquids or moisture. Operate the device only within the specified temperature range of 0° C (32° F) to +40° C (104° F). If the device temperature exceeds the maximum, disconnect or turn off the device and let it cool down.
- The device isolates external sounds even at low volume, which leads to impaired perception of the external environment. Please remove the device when engaging in activities that require active attention to the surrounding environment.
- Prolonged listening to extremely loud sound can damage your hearing. Furthermore, the legislation of some countries allows a maximum sound level of 86 dB, which can affect your hearing for 8 hours a day. Therefore, we recommend that you reduce the volume to a comfortable level for prolonged listening. Please take care of your hearing.
Maintenance and Use
HATOR® devices require minimal maintenance to keep them in optimal condition. Once a month, we recommend cleaning the device with a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents.
HATOR® devices contain a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. In general, the lifespan of such batteries depends on usage. If you suspect that the lithium-ion battery inside the HATOR is depleted (has a low charge level), try charging it.
Battery Warning
- Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced incorrectly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the manufacturer.
- Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations for safe disposal of lithium batteries.
- Discarding the battery in fire, crushing or puncturing it may result in an explosion.
- Leaving the battery in an extremely high-temperature environment may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
