Please read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it for future reference.

Product Overview

The Mi Smart Band 6 consists of the following components:

• a Fitness Tracker: Features a touchscreen display, heart rate sensor, and charging contacts.
• b Strap: Made of thermoplastic elastomer.
• c Charging Cable: Used to charge the device.

Setup

1. Insert one end of the fitness tracker into the slot on the front of the strap.
2. Press the other end of the fitness tracker with your finger to fully secure it in the slot.

Wearing

Wear the band approximately one finger's width from your wrist bone, ensuring a comfortable fit.

For optimal heart rate sensor performance, ensure it makes good contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not too tight, allowing your skin to breathe. Tighten the band before exercising and loosen it afterward.

Too Loose: If the band moves easily up and down on your wrist or the heart rate sensor is not collecting data, try tightening the band.

Perfect Fit: The band fits comfortably around your wrist.

Connecting to the App

Scan the QR code to download and install the app. Add the device to the app before using the Mi Smart Band 6.

Log in to your Mi account in the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the band with your phone. When the band vibrates and displays a pairing request on the screen, tap the corresponding option on your phone to complete the pairing. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Keep the phone and band close to each other during pairing.

Usage

After successful pairing, the band starts tracking and analyzing your daily activities and sleep habits. Tap the screen to wake it up.

Swipe up or down to view different functions like PAI (Personal Activity Intelligence), exercise data, and heart rate measurements.

Swipe right to return to the previous screen.

Removal

Remove the band from your wrist. Hold both ends and pull the strap until a small gap is visible between the strap and the fitness tracker. Use your finger to remove the fitness tracker from its slot on the front of the strap.

Charging

Charge your band as soon as the battery level is low.

Safety Information

• When using the band to measure your heart rate, please keep your wrist still.
• The Mi Smart Band 6 is water-resistant up to 5 ATM. It can be worn while washing hands, swimming in a pool, or in shallow water near the coast. However, it cannot be used while showering with hot water, in a sauna, or during scuba diving.
• The band's touchscreen does not support operations underwater. If the band comes into contact with water, wipe off excess water with a soft cloth before use.
• During daily use, avoid wearing the band too tightly and try to keep the contact area dry. Clean the strap regularly with water.
• If you experience redness or swelling in the contact area on your skin, please stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention. This watch is not a medical device. Any data provided by the watch should not be used as a basis for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases.

Energy Consumption

• Turn off Bluetooth and other wireless data connections when not in use.
• Reduce screen brightness and set the screen to turn off after a shorter period.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Usage Errors

Use your device, battery, charger, and accessories with care. The following recommendations will help you keep your device in working order.

• Keep the device dry. Raindrops, moisture, and liquids or water vapor containing minerals can damage electronic circuits.
• Do not use or store the device in dusty or dirty places.
• Do not store the device in environments with high temperatures. High temperatures can damage the device or battery.
• Do not store the device in cold places. When the device returns to normal temperature, condensation may form inside the device, causing damage.
• Do not open the device in any way other than as specified in the user manual. Unauthorized modifications can damage the device and may violate regulations concerning radio devices. Do not drop, hit, or shake the device or battery. Rough handling can damage the device.
• Use only a soft, clean cloth to clean the surface of the device.
• Do not paint the device. Paint may interfere with normal operation.
• Keep the device away from magnets or magnetic fields. For the safety of your important data, store this data in at least two different locations, such as your device, memory card, or computer, or write it down in a suitable place. The device may heat up during prolonged operation. This is normal in most cases. To prevent overheating, the device may automatically slow down operation, close applications, turn off charging, and shut down if necessary. If the device is not working as expected, take it to the nearest authorized service center.
