Xiaomi Mi Band 6 Fitness Tracker

Introduction

Before using the device, please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

Device Overview

The Xiaomi Mi Band 6 consists of the following main components:

• Fitness Tracker: The main unit featuring a touchscreen display, heart rate sensor, and charging port.
• Strap: The band that holds the fitness tracker on your wrist.
• Charging Cable: Used to charge the fitness tracker.

Setup

To attach the fitness tracker to the strap:

1. Insert one end of the fitness tracker into the slot on the front of the strap.
2. Press the other end of the fitness tracker with your finger and push it fully into the slot.

Wearing the Band

Adjust the strap so it fits comfortably on your wrist. There should be enough space to fit a finger between the strap and your wrist.

For the heart rate sensor to function correctly, it must be in contact with your skin. Wear the band snugly but comfortably, ensuring your skin can breathe. Do not overtighten. Before starting physical activity, tighten the band, and loosen it slightly after the activity is finished.

• Too Loose Fit: If the band slides freely on your wrist or the heart rate sensor does not show readings, tighten the band.
• Correct Fit: The band should fit comfortably on your wrist.

Connecting the Device

1. Download and install the Mi Fit app by scanning the QR code. You can then start using the Mi Smart Band 6.
2. Log in to your Mi account in the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the band to your phone. The band will vibrate and display a pairing request on the screen; confirm the request.

Note: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Keep the band close to your phone during the pairing process.

Using the Band

After pairing, the band will start tracking and analyzing your daily activities and sleep patterns. The screen will light up when you touch it.

Swipe up or down on the screen to view your personal activity analytics (PAI), physical activity data, heart rate readings, and other functions. Swipe right to return to the previous screen.

Disassembly

To remove the fitness tracker from the strap:

1. Remove the band from your wrist.
2. Hold both ends of the strap and pull them apart to create a small gap between the tracker and the strap.
3. Push the fitness tracker out of the slot on the front of the strap with your finger.

Charging the Device

Charge the band as soon as the battery level drops.

Precautions

• When measuring your heart rate with the band, keep your wrist still.
• The Mi Smart Band 6 has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. It does not need to be removed when showering, swimming in a pool, or wading at the beach. However, it is not recommended for use in saunas or while scuba diving.
• The touch button and touchscreen do not function underwater. After contact with water, wipe the band dry with a soft cloth before use.
• Do not overtighten the band during use, and ensure the skin contact area is dry. Rinse the band with water regularly.
• If the skin area in contact with the band becomes red or irritated, stop using the device immediately and seek medical attention.

Storage, Transportation, Use, and Disposal

• The device does not require any assembly or permanent fixing.
• Store the device in its original packaging in a heated room, at a temperature between +5 °C and +40 °C, and with relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
• The storage environment should not contain corrosive substances (vapors of acids, alkalis).
• Transport the device in a dry environment.
• Protect the device from dust, dirt, impacts, moisture, and fire.
• The device must be sold in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• If a defect is found, contact an authorized service center or dispose of the device.
• At the end of its service life, do not dispose of this product with regular household waste. Instead, send it to a designated collection point for electrical and electronic equipment for recycling and disposal, in accordance with federal or local laws.
