3. Appearance Description

Digital Display: Used to display information such as speed, addition amount, flow rate, time, etc. The first digit indicates the operating state: '?' (upper half) for running time, '?' (lower half) for stop duration, and 'C' for menu function. The last three digits show the set working hours, added amount, or stop duration.

Rotary Encoder: Used to adjust speed and time. Clockwise increases values, counterclockwise decreases them. Rotation speed affects the increment size. Speed can be adjusted during pump operation.

Direction Control Switch: Controls the pump's rotation direction. Up position: counterclockwise; Down position: clockwise. The switch is effective only when the pump is stopped and then restarted.

Power Socket: External DC power input, 24VDC 2A.

Combination Control Port: A 9-pin port for 485 communication, external start-stop control, analog signal control (0-5V/0-10V), and analog signal control (4-20mA). The pinout is as follows:

4. Working Mode - Speed Mode

In speed mode, parameters include speed (rev/min), running time (seconds), and stop time (seconds).

Fully Automatic Cycle Mode Setting

  1. When the pump is stopped, the display shows the current speed.
  2. Press and hold the encoder to enter the running time setting interface (display shows '?'). Set running time (0-999 seconds) by rotating the encoder.
  3. Short press the encoder to switch to the stop time setting interface (display shows '?'). Set stop time (0-999 seconds).
  4. Long press the encoder to save settings and return to the speed display interface.
  5. Short press the encoder to start the cycle. Short press again to stop.

Semi-Automatic Cycle Mode Setting

Set the pump stop time to 0 in step 4 of the fully automatic cycle mode. The pump will stop after the set running time and will not restart automatically. Press the encoder to start again.

Manual Mode Setting

In fully automatic cycle mode settings, set pump running time and stop time to 0. Start/stop is controlled by the encoder or foot switch. Speed can be adjusted during operation.

5. Working Mode - Flow Mode

In flow mode, parameters include flow rate (ml/min), addition amount (ml), and stop time (seconds).

Fully Automatic Cycle Mode Setting

  1. When the pump is stopped, the display shows the current flow rate.
  2. Press and hold the encoder to enter the addition amount setting interface. Set addition amount (0-9999 ml).
  3. Short press the encoder to switch to the stop time setting interface (display shows '?'). Set stop time (0-999 seconds).
  4. Long press the encoder to save settings and return to the flow display interface.
  5. Short press the encoder to start the cycle. Short press again to stop.

Semi-Automatic Cycle Mode Setting

Set the pump stop time to 0 in step 4 of the fully automatic cycle mode. The pump stops after the set addition amount and will not restart automatically. Press the encoder to start again.

Manual Mode Setting

In fully automatic cycle mode settings, set the pump addition amount and stop time to 0. Start/stop is controlled by the encoder or foot switch. Flow rate can be adjusted during operation.

6. Function Menu Introduction

Parameters can be customized via the menu, including:

Menu Navigation: From the working interface, press and hold the rotary encoder for 2 seconds to enter the runtime setting interface. From the runtime setting interface, press and hold the encoder for 2 seconds to enter the function menu selection interface. Adjust function items using the encoder, short press to enter setting, long press to save and return.

Note: Settings are only saved by long pressing the rotary encoder.

7. Function Setting

C001: Working Mode

Switch between 'speed mode' (0) and 'flow mode' (1) using the rotary encoder.

C002: Running Direction

Set the direction control logic: 0 for low-level corresponds to clockwise, 1 for high-level corresponds to counterclockwise.

C003: Foot Switch Trigger Mode

Configure foot switch behavior:

C004: Flow Calibration

Calibrate the pump head flow. The interface displays speed and time, adjustable via the encoder. After calibration, input the actual measured volume. The process involves setting calibration speed and time, running the pump, and then entering the measured volume.

C005: Running State Save

Set whether to save the running state upon power off: 0 for do not save, 1 for save. If saved, the pump resumes its previous state (running or stopped) after power on.

C006: Analog Selection

Select the analog input mode: 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, encoder mode, or RS485 mode.

C007: Suction Function

Configure the back-suction function to prevent dripping after the pump stops. Set the back-suction time (0-99 seconds) and speed (0-400 rpm).

C008: Maximum Speed Setting

Set the maximum operating speed for the pump using the rotary encoder.

C011: Restore Factory Settings

Reset the pump to factory default settings. Confirm the reset by setting the confirmation digit to 1.

C012: Communication Address Setting

Set the communication address (1-247) for Modbus RS485 communication.

C013: Baud Rate Setting

Set the baud rate for Modbus RS485 communication. Select from predefined indices (0-7) corresponding to different baud rates (e.g., 0:1200, 7:115200).

8. External Control

9. Dimensions

Image Description: Technical drawings showing the front and side dimensions of the Kamoer DIP 1500 V2 peristaltic pump. Dimensions provided are 120mm (width front view), 155.5mm (height side view), and 210mm (depth side view).

10. Flow Rate Reference

Image Description: A line graph plotting flow rate (ml/min) against speed (RPM). The graph shows a generally linear relationship, with a data point labeled 'S183 (3 rotors)' at 400 RPM, indicating a flow rate of approximately 1500 ml/min. The X-axis is labeled 'Speed (RPM)' from 0 to 400, and the Y-axis is labeled from 0 to 1600.

Note: The maximum flow rate data is based on tests conducted at room temperature (approx. 25°C) using a new pump tube aged for 30 minutes at 400 rpm with water. Factors such as ambient temperature, pump tube material and elasticity, and test liquid viscosity can affect the actual flow rate. The thickness of the pump tubing influences the stable operating speed.
