4.3 Known Risk Notification
- The medium contacts the pump head and rubber; chemical compatibility or immersion testing is necessary when selecting a model.
- Operating environment: Temperature should not exceed 40°C, and humidity should not exceed 70% (no condensation). Harsh environments can cause premature damage.
- Frequent start/stop, overpressure, underpressure, or other unreasonable working conditions can lead to premature pump damage.
- High overloading may result in premature product failure.
- The medium may contain dust, oil, and other pollutants that can contaminate pump components and cause damage; a pre-filter is recommended.

3. Product Size

- Blue line (white line): PWM (Speed regulation)

Speed Regulation Methods:
- PWM speed regulation: 10KHZ ~ 30KHZ, amplitude: 5V.
- Control ratio: 0-10% does not turn; 11%-100% speed range.
- Analog voltage speed regulation: voltage 0-5V. 0-0.5V results in no rotation; 0.6-4.5V provides speed regulation range.
Speed Feedback: The yellow line (FG) connects to an oscilloscope probe or host computer. Calculations for speed (rev/min) are provided: SD/DB series: 1 pulse/rotation = FG signal * 60; SB/SBP series: 6 pulses/rev = FG signal * 60/6.
Full speed operation: Connect the positive pole to the red and blue (white) wires; connect the negative pole to the black wire.
Two types of speed control cables (blue and white) are available with similar performance.
Wiring diagrams show 'Full speed work' and 'Speed regulation work' configurations.
