Safety Instructions

• This kettle is only applicable to household use. Please do not use it for commercial, outdoor, or industrial occasions.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• To avoid electric shocks, fire, personal injury, or other damage, make sure the kettle is properly installed according to the user manual. Do not connect the kettle to the electrical outlet until it is fully assembled. Do not disassemble the kettle.
• Keep the kettle out of the reach of children.
• Always use an effectively grounded power supply to avoid electric shock.
• To avoid the risk of fire, do not use low-quality power strips with the kettle.
• When the kettle is empty, not in use, or when you are adding water to it, moving or cleaning it, or even when there is a problem with it, the kettle must be unplugged.
• The kettle cannot be used on a slanted or unstable surface.
• Do not place the kettle near heat sources such as cookers and stoves so as to avoid the risk of fire.
• Steam and heat may damage, discolor, or deform your walls and furniture. Keep the kettle at least 30 cm away from them during use.
• The kettle should only be used with the included base. Do not use any other bases.
• Do not immerse the kettle in water or sprinkle water on it. Do not tilt, shake, move, or tip the kettle when using it.
• Do not open the kettle's lid, pour water out, or add water while the kettle is operating.
• Remove the kettle from the base when adding water, and wipe away any excess water from the bottom of the kettle before placing it back onto its base.
• Do not add water above the maximum water level. Otherwise, hot water will overflow or spray out, causing burns or electric shock.
• Avoid the silicone parts of the kettle coming into contact with alcoholic solutions having an alcohol content greater than 50%.
• Do not use the kettle to heat milk, soy milk, cold rice paste, and other viscous liquids directly. Otherwise, bottom scorching may occur, resulting in an unpleasant odor.
• Do not insert pins, wires, or other objects into any gap or opening in the kettle body or base to avoid electric shocks.
• Cover the lid when using the kettle.
• Do not touch the kettle or get close to the spill of hot steam from the kettle and its spout to prevent burns and scalds.
• Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the kettle on your own to avoid fire, electric shocks, or personal injury.
• This appliance can be used in all countries and regions, especially suitable for those with humid and hot climates.
• Avoid spillage on the power cord and the base.
• Failure to follow instructions in the user manual may cause injury.
• The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.

Boil-dry Protection

• The water in the kettle must be above the minimum water level to prevent boil-dry.
• When the kettle is heated without water added, its boil-dry protection function will be activated, and the heating will stop to prevent damage to the kettle.
• If this happens, unplug the power cord and wait for the kettle to fully cool down before using it again.
• Do not cool the kettle directly with cold water to avoid reducing the service life of the heating system.

Product Overview

The kettle consists of the following parts:

• Lid Handle: For lifting the lid.
• Lid: Covers the kettle.
• Spout: For pouring water.
• Kettle Body: The main container for water.
• Handle: For holding and pouring the kettle.
• Bottom Cover: The base of the kettle body.
• Power Plug: Connects to the power base.
• Heating Plate: Located at the bottom of the kettle body, heats the water.
• Base: The platform the kettle sits on, containing the touch panel and display.
• Touch Panel: Interface for controlling the kettle.
• Display: Shows temperature, time, and mode.
• Lid Sealing Ring: Seals the lid to the kettle.
• Spout Bottom Cover: Part of the spout assembly.
• Tea Strainer: A removable mesh cylinder for steeping tea or other ingredients.

Display & Touch Panel

The kettle features a circular display and touch panel for operation. The display shows the current mode, temperature, and time. The touch panel includes the following buttons:

• Display: Shows mode icons (Boil, Tea, S Tea, Coffee, Soup, Warm), temperature (°C), and time (H).
• SCHEDULE Button: For setting scheduled operations.
• MODE Button: To cycle through different cooking modes.
• ADJUST Button: To adjust temperature or time settings.
• START/CANCEL Button: To start or cancel the current operation.

How to Use

1. Add the appropriate amount of ingredients to the tea strainer as required. Do not add excessive ingredients. (Visual: Tea strainer being filled with ingredients).
2. Install the tea strainer on the lid. Ensure the four buckling positions at the top of the tea strainer align with and snap into the matching slots on the lid's bottom cover. (Visual: Diagram showing the tea strainer aligning with the lid's bottom cover).
3. Add water to the kettle. Ensure the water level is above the minimum water level and below the maximum water level. For simmering soup, do not exceed the maximum soup level to prevent overflow. 4. Place the lid back on the kettle with the tea strainer installed. Align the spout with the notched circular position of the lid sealing ring. (Visual: Diagram showing the lid being placed on the kettle, aligning the spout with the sealing ring).
5. Place the kettle body on the base and select the function. Note: The tea strainer can be omitted if you do not need to strain ingredients. (Visual: Kettle body being placed onto the base).

Operation

Connect the kettle to the power supply. Upon hearing a long "beep" sound, all display icons will light up for 2 seconds, indicating the kettle has entered the mode selection state with the corresponding mode icon blinking.

Function Selection

1. In mode selection state, press the [MODE Button] to switch modes.
2. Press the [START/CANCEL Button] to start or cancel heating or cooking. A long "beep" sound indicates completion.
3. Press the [SCHEDULE Button] to enter the schedule state.
4. Press the [ADJUST Button] to adjust the keep-warm temperature or select the scheduled time.

Automatic Shut-off: If the kettle is not used for 3 minutes in mode selection state, the display will turn off. Press any button or lift/replace the kettle to return to mode selection. Standby power consumption is a maximum of 0.3 W.

Turn Off Display: Press and hold the [START/CANCEL Button] for 3 seconds to turn off the display.

App Connectivity: This product does not support connection to the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app.

Boil Water Mode

1. Press the [MODE Button] to select the water boiling mode. The "Boil" icon will blink.
2. Press the [START/CANCEL Button] to start heating. The "Boil" icon will remain lit, and the display will show the real-time water temperature.
3. When heating is complete, the kettle enters the keep-warm state. The default keeping warm temperature is 40°C. The display shows the real-time temperature in this state. (Visual: Display showing "40°C" with "Warm" icon).

Other Mode Selection (Tea, S Tea, Coffee, Soup)

1. Press the [MODE Button] to cycle through "Tea", "S tea", "Coffee", or "Soup" modes. The corresponding icon will blink. Note: The maximum water level for "Soup" mode is 1.0 L, corresponding to the maximum soup level.
2. After selecting the desired mode, press the [START/CANCEL Button] to begin. The selected mode icon will remain lit, and the display will show the heating or cooking duration.
3. Upon completion, the kettle automatically enters the keep-warm state, displaying the real-time temperature. (Visual: Display showing "0:25" with mode icons).

Heating or Cooking Cancellation

While heating or cooking, press the [START/CANCEL Button] to cancel the current operation and return to mode selection state.

Keep-Warm Temperature/Duration Adjustment

1. In mode selection state, press the [MODE Button] to switch to "Warm" mode. The "Warm" icon will blink.
2. Press the [ADJUST Button] to select the desired keep-warm temperature. The "Warm" icon will remain lit, showing the set temperature.
3. Press the [START/CANCEL Button] to enter the keep-warm state, displaying the real-time temperature.
4. While in keep-warm state, press the [ADJUST Button] to reset the keep-warm temperature.

The keep-warm temperature range is 40°C to 90°C, adjustable in 5°C increments. Press the [MODE Button] during selection to exit. Press [START/CANCEL Button] to cancel keeping warm. Purified water can be heated directly to the desired temperature using the keep-warm function.

Schedule Function

1. In mode selection state, select the desired mode and press the [SCHEDULE Button]. The display will show the heating/cooking duration for the current mode and blink.
2. Press the [ADJUST Button] to set the desired scheduled time.
3. Press the [START/CANCEL Button] to enable the schedule. The display will show a countdown, and the kettle will complete the operation at the end of the scheduled duration.

Maximum scheduled time is 12 hours. For durations under 10 hours, use [ADJUST Button] for 15-minute increments (first press may vary by mode) or hold for 1-hour increments. For 10 hours or longer, use [ADJUST Button] for 1-hour increments. Press [SCHEDULE Button] to exit scheduling. Press [START/CANCEL Button] to cancel scheduling.

Auto Memory

1. During heating or cooking, the display shows the elapsed time after lifting the kettle.
2. If the kettle is returned to the base within 3 minutes, it resumes the previous mode. If lifted for over 3 minutes, it returns to mode selection state and will not resume the previous mode upon replacement.

Recommended Recipes

Ensure water and ingredients do not exceed the maximum water level to prevent overflow and damage.

Care & Maintenance

• Before cleaning, unplug the kettle and let it cool. Open the lid, remove the tea strainer, and clean the interior with a moistened sponge. Use a soft brush for the lid and tea strainer.
• Avoid getting water into the kettle's interior during cleaning.
• Do not immerse the kettle or base in water; keep the exterior dry.
• Do not use steel wool or abrasive/corrosive cleaning agents.
• Clean the kettle promptly after each use to prevent food residue spoilage and odors.
• The lid sealing ring can be removed and cleaned, then reinstalled. Staining of the sealing ring may occur depending on ingredients, which is normal.

Limescale Cleaning

Regularly clean limescale buildup to prolong the kettle's service life.

Cleaning Method:

1. Pour 10g of citric acid into the kettle and add clean water (up to the maximum water level).
2. Select the "Boil Water" function and heat until boiling.
3. Empty the boiled water and rinse the kettle body with clean water 4-5 times.
4. Once the kettle body cools, clean and dry the exterior.
5. Store the kettle in a dry, well-ventilated area, protected from dust, moisture, and pests.

For severe limescale, repeat the cleaning procedure.
