First Time of Use

1. Please open the lid of the charging case to take out the headphones. The earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode.

2. If the earbuds are not connected to a device, they will automatically turn off after 10 minutes. Place them back into the charging case and close the lid, then reopen it to re-enter pairing mode.

Pairing

To pair with a new device:

1. Open the charging case lid with the earbuds inside.
2. Press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds to reset the earbuds and enter pairing mode.
3. Turn off Bluetooth on your current device.
4. On the new device, search for "SOUNDPEATS Air4" and connect.

Multi-point Connection

The SOUNDPEATS Air4 supports connecting to two devices simultaneously.

To connect to a second device:

1. Ensure the earbuds are connected to the first device.
2. Open the charging case lid.
3. Press and hold the charging case button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
4. On the second device, search for "SOUNDPEATS Air4" and connect.

To switch between devices, pause playback on one device and start playback on the other.

Wearing Method

For optimal sound and comfort, insert the earbuds into your ears at an angle. Ensure a snug fit for best performance.

Operation

The earbuds can be controlled via touch gestures:

• Play/Pause: Tap the touch area on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double-tap the touch area on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double-tap the touch area on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple-tap the touch area on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple-tap the touch area on the left earbud.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Tap and hold the touch area on either earbud for 1.5 seconds.

Q: How to reset the earbuds?

A: Place both earbuds in the charging case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds.

Q: What to do if only one earbud is working?

A: Ensure both earbuds are properly charged and paired. Try resetting the earbuds and re-pairing them with your device.
