II. Transportation and Custody

During transportation, products should be handled with care to prevent severe shock. Avoid long-term outdoor storage. Store in a well-ventilated area free from corrosive gases. Do not invert the product. Temporary storage requires appropriate protective measures.

III. Installation Location and Attention

  1. Place the product on a smooth surface, with approximately 10cm clearance on the left side and 20cm clearance from the back.
  2. Keep flammable goods (e.g., towels) away from the lining to prevent fire hazards.
  3. Ensure the power supply voltage matches the voltage specified on the product nameplate.
  4. Users must ensure that fixed equipment supply roads and devices are at least 3 meters away from the product, and leakage protection switches are not installed in front of the equipment.
  5. Ensure the equipment is properly grounded before use.
  6. When replacing the power line, use a cable of the same specification and request replacement by qualified professionals.
  7. Before use, check that all electrical components are securely connected and that the grounding is reliable and safe.

IV. Methods of Use

  1. The temperature control device is installed at the front of the product to regulate the heating plate temperature, ensuring the serving plate reaches the desired temperature.
  2. Upon powering up, the green light will illuminate. Rotate the temperature control device clockwise to set the desired temperature. The orange indicator light will turn on, indicating the heating element is active. When the set temperature is reached, the temperature control device will automatically cut off power, and the orange light will extinguish, stopping heating. As the temperature drops slightly, the device will automatically reconnect power, the orange light will illuminate, and the heating element will reactivate. This cycle maintains a constant temperature. Adjust as needed to achieve desired food results.
  3. Periodically liquidate oil to prevent overflow.
  4. If anomalies occur during use, stop operation immediately, inspect the equipment, and troubleshoot before resuming use.

V. Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. For cleaning and maintenance, always disconnect the power supply to prevent accidents.
  2. After each day's use, clean the griddle surface with a non-corrosive cleaning agent and towels to prevent damage to the surface lining.

VI. Electrical Schematics

Electrical Schematics: The electrical schematic illustrates the system's wiring. It shows an AC 110V power supply (L for Live, N for Neutral) connected to a Temperature Controller (S). The Temperature Controller manages the Electric Tube (EH) for heating and is associated with a Power Indicator (HL1). The symbol 'E' indicates the Ground connection. HL2 is also depicted, likely another indicator or part of the control circuit.
