Assembly Instructions

Follow the numbering system for easy assembly. Numbers must match for secure assembly.

1. Step 1

   Connect component B to component A using screw S. Repeat for the second set.

2. Step 2

   Connect component A to component B using screw S. Repeat for the second set.

3. Step 3

   Connect component B to component A using screw S. Repeat for the second set.

4. Step 4

   Connect component B to component A using screw S. Repeat for the second set.

5. Step 5

   Attach component L to component A using screw S. Repeat for the second set.

6. Step 6

   Attach component D to component B using screw S. Repeat for the second set.

7. Step 7

   For Queen and King sizes, use 22 pieces of component E. For Full size, use 20 pieces of component E.

   A visual representation shows the placement of numerous thin metal slats across the frame.

8. Step 8

   The assembled frame is shown complete.

9. Step 9

   Cover the assembled frame with the provided fabric and zip it closed after inverting the frame.

The item must be returned in good condition, in its original box, with all proof of purchase, parts, and accessories, within the retailer's specified timeframe.

5-Year Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects

Zinus offers a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. An original sales receipt is required for warranty claims.

1. Register your product at www.zinus.com/resources/register for warranty and product information.
2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the product's ability to provide proper support for your mattress under normal use. Proper support is defined as a smooth, flat, rigid surface.
3. If a manufacturing defect is encountered, stop using the product immediately and contact customer service. A manufacturing defect for loose metal welds is considered to be 5 or more loose welds at the time of purchase. Improper assembly by the consumer is not covered.
4. This warranty applies to products properly used by consumers who purchased from authorized dealers. Proper use includes placing the product on a level surface with equal weight distribution and avoiding abuse.
5. Zinus will, at its discretion, repair or replace products failing due to manufacturing defects. Zinus reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that replacement parts will match the original.
6. Consumers are responsible for transportation or removal costs if the product requires inspection for a warranty claim.
