App Guide
How to Register
To begin using your OLUMAT Smart Lock, download the TTLock app from the [Google Play Store] or [Apple App Store]. Search for "TTLock". Once installed, open the app and tap "Register" to create an account. You will need to provide your details and obtain a verification code via email or SMS. Enter the code and complete the registration.
Note: It is strongly recommended that the homeowner performs this step if the lock was professionally installed.
Pairing Your Lock
After registering, open the TTLock app. Tap the [Menu Icon] (three horizontal lines) in the top corner. Select "+Add Lock". Tap "Next" and then tap the blue plus sign [Add Icon] to initiate pairing. You may need to tap the lock's keypad to wake it up.
App Unlock/Lock
Within Bluetooth range, tap the unlock icon on your phone's TTLock app to unlock the lock. To lock, press and hold the lock icon. For remote unlock/lock functionality, a Wi-Fi Gateway is required (refer to the Wi-Fi Gateway Guide).

The TTLock app provides access to various lock functions:
- Unlock/Lock: Control the lock via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Gateway.
- eKeys: Grant temporary or permanent access to others via the app.

- One-time: Valid for a single use.
- Recurring: Valid during scheduled hours or days.
You can edit a passcode's number, validity, and name, or delete codes from this page. Passcode generation requires Bluetooth range unless a Wi-Fi Gateway is connected.
IC Cards/Fobs
To add an access card or fob:
- Tap on "Cards".
- Tap on "Add Card".
- Choose the validity period.
- When the lock prompts "Please swipe your card", place the fob or card against the keypad (position 5).
- A "input successful" sound indicates the fob/card is registered and can be used to unlock the lock.
Best Practice: Pay attention to instructions when generating codes; following them ensures proper functionality.
eKeys
eKeys allow you to share app access to your lock with other TTLock users. The recipient can then use their phone to unlock/lock the door.
- Tap "Send eKey".
- Enter the recipient's username (phone number or email used for their TTLock account).
Best Practice: Ensure the recipient has registered for a TTLock account first. eKeys can be sent or revoked without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.
Fingerprints
To add a fingerprint:
- Tap on "Fingerprints".
- Tap "Add Fingerprint".
- Select the desired validity period for the fingerprint.
- Follow the on-screen instructions, which typically involve placing your finger on the sensor multiple times (e.g., 4 times).
Experiencing issues with fingerprint recognition? Try a different finger, ensure your finger is clean and slightly moist, or temporarily remove and reinsert the batteries.
Authorized Admin
Authorized Admins have enhanced capabilities compared to standard eKey users:
- Unlock/lock via the app.
- Generate, edit, and delete passcodes, IC cards, and fingerprints.
- Adjust settings such as passage mode, auto-lock timer, and lock sound.
To assign an Authorized Admin, enter their TTLock username (phone number or email).
Passage Mode & Auto-Lock
The lock features an auto-lock function that secures the door automatically after a set period, defaulting to 5 seconds after being opened. This behavior can be modified using Passage Mode and the auto-lock timer settings.
Passage Mode: This feature disables the auto-lock function during specific scheduled times, allowing the door to remain unlocked.

Familiarize yourself with key settings:
- Basics: View and change information like the Lock Name.
