Safety Indications

General Instructions

Thank you for choosing one of our products. For the best results with your oven, read this manual carefully and retain it for future reference. Before installing, note the serial number for customer service. After unpacking, check for transport damage. If in doubt, do not use the oven and consult a qualified technician. Keep packaging material out of reach of children. When first switched on, the oven may emit smoke due to insulation panel glue heating up; this is normal. Wait for smoke to dissipate before cooking. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage from non-observance of instructions.

? NOTE: Oven functions, properties, and accessories may vary by model.

1.1 Safety Indications

Use the oven only for its intended purpose (cooking food). Any other use (e.g., as a heat source) is improper and dangerous. The manufacturer is not liable for damage from improper use.

General electrical safety rules:

1.2 Electrical Safety

ENSURE THAT AN ELECTRICIAN OR QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN MAKES THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. The power supply must conform to laws in force in the country of installation. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage from non-compliance. The oven must connect to an earthed wall outlet or a multi-pole disconnector. The supply should be protected by suitable fuses, and cables must have adequate cross-section.

CONNECTION: The oven has a power cable for connection to a 220-240 Vac supply. Check:

The grounding wire must connect to the power supply's earth terminal.

⚠️ WARNING: Before connecting, have a qualified electrician check the continuity of the power supply's earth terminal. The manufacturer is not responsible for accidents due to improper or defective earth connections.

? NOTE: Keep another wall socket available for maintenance. The power cable must only be substituted by technical service staff or qualified technicians.

1.3 Recommendations

Minimal cleaning after each use helps maintain cleanliness. Do not line oven walls with aluminium foil or store-bought protection, as it can melt and damage the enamel. To prevent excessive dirt and smells, avoid very high temperatures; extend cooking time and lower temperature instead. Use dishes and baking moulds resistant to high temperatures.

1.4 Installation

The manufacturer is not obligated to perform installation. Assistance for faults from incorrect installation is not covered by warranty. Follow installation instructions for qualified personnel strictly. Incorrect installation can cause harm. The oven can be placed high, in a column, or under a worktop. Ensure good ventilation in the oven space for cooling and internal part protection. Make specified openings as per fitting type.

1.5 Waste management and environmental protection

This appliance is labelled according to European Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE). WEEE contains pollutants and reusable elements. Specific treatments are required for proper disposal and material recovery. Individuals play a role in preventing WEEE from becoming an environmental problem by following basic rules:

For large WEEE, home collection services may be available. When buying a new appliance, the old one can be returned to the vendor free of charge if it's of equivalent type and function.

SAVING AND RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT: Avoid pre-heating the oven and try to fill it. Open the door as infrequently as possible. Switch off the oven 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking and use residual heat. Keep seals clean to avoid heat dispersal. Use the "delayed cooking" program for energy saving with hourly tariffs.
