Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for new Samsung promotional devices with the corresponding model code ("promotional devices") intended for the German market. Customers who purchase promotional devices and wish to participate in this promotion are responsible for ensuring that their purchased devices have a model code that matches one from the preceding tables. Retailers can provide information on the model code of a selected device. Customers are strongly advised to clarify the match of the model code of their chosen device with that of a promotional device with the retailer before concluding the purchase contract, especially when purchasing a promotional device online where customers cannot personally verify the device's model code. Identical devices with different model codes are not eligible for this promotion.
2. The promotion runs from March 3rd to June 29th, 2025 ("promotion period") in the Samsung Online Shop at samsung.com/de and at other retailers in Germany that offer the promotional devices ("participating retailers"). The invoice date on the receipt applies; for online orders, the order date confirmed by the retailer applies.
3. When purchasing a new promotional TV together with a promotional soundbar or promotional speaker, customers will receive a model-dependent refund as per the preceding tables ("cashback"). Promotional devices can be purchased from different participating retailers on different dates within the promotion period and are freely selectable within the product category. For purchases made at participating retailers, registration according to point 4 is required to receive the cashback. Both devices must be registered in a single transaction. Cashback cannot be paid out in cash.
4. Promotional devices must be registered at samsung.de/mixmatch, providing full name, delivery address in Germany, valid bank details, email address, serial number, and country-specific model code (as per the preceding tables). This includes uploading the sales receipt (for purchases at physical retailers) or order confirmation and invoice (for online purchases), as well as a photo of the device's rating plate (a photo of the plate on the box is not sufficient). Registration must be completed by July 13th, 2025 (exclusion deadline). Later registrations will not be considered and do not entitle the customer to cashback. Missing information cannot be submitted later. If all requirements for cashback are met, the cashback will generally be credited within 45 working days after successful registration. The cashback payout will reduce any originally claimed input tax amount. 5. Only private end customers aged 18 and over who have purchased new promotional devices during the promotion period from a participating retailer in Germany or the Samsung Online Shop at samsung.com/de are eligible to participate. Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Private sales/purchases, sales/purchases via online auctions (e.g., eBay), and sales/purchases of used devices are also excluded. The promotion is only valid for promotional devices in stock or immediately available.
6. Each household can participate in the promotion for private use only, with a maximum of two promotional devices per product group.
7. Participation in the promotion is limited to one time per promotional device. If the soundbar is a free bonus, the customer is not eligible for cashback. The promotion cannot be combined with other Samsung promotions, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or discount campaigns, unless expressly permitted by the terms of the other promotion. This excludes the Samsung Made for Germany promotion for selected Samsung promotional devices (details, scope, and promotional devices at samsung.de/madeforgermany).
8. Samsung is entitled to exclude participants from the promotion who violate or fail to comply with these terms and conditions; provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use unfair means; and/or participate or attempt to participate in the promotion more often than permitted. In case of exclusion, Samsung is entitled to reclaim the cashback retroactively.
9. Customers who provide incomplete information and/or submit incomplete documents will be notified by email and asked to provide the missing information or complete documents within seven days. If a customer fails to comply with this request within seven days or submits incomplete documents again, the cashback will be definitively denied. Point 4 remains unaffected; complete registration must occur within the exclusion deadline.
10. Samsung reserves the right to request original sales receipts and review them, to check all registrations and submissions for compliance with these terms and conditions, and to request missing documents as per point 9 if necessary.
11. In case of final cancellation of the purchase of a promotional device, or if it is discovered after receiving the cashback that the customer was not entitled to it, the cashback must be repaid.
12. Samsung is entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely or to change the terms and conditions. This applies particularly in cases of force majeure and if the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed due to technical and/or legal reasons, or if the stock or budget is exhausted. Samsung reserves the right to extend the promotion, especially if promotional content (such as promotional models) is changed. In case of changes, the customer will be informed immediately; the customer will be granted a reasonable period to object to the new terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions are considered approved if the customer does not object within the period. The customer may not refuse their consent without stating valid reasons.
13. The customer is entitled to withdraw from participation in the promotion at any time by sending an email with the subject "Samsung TV/AV-Mix & Match Deals Promotion" to aktionen@samsung.de, thereby waiving the cashback.
14. By registering the promotional devices, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
15. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
16. The organizer of the promotion is Samsung Electronics GmbH, Frankfurter Straße 2, 65760 Eschborn.
