Charging
Please use the charging cable provided in the box to charge the earphones. Align the pins on the charging cable with the charging port of the earphone. They will magnetically attract together and begin to charge. The red light turning on indicates the earphone is in charging, and the red light turning off indicates charging is complete.

Important: If the earphones fall into water, please do not power on or charge them. Please wipe off water and allow them to air dry thoroughly, then try to power on and use them again.

Do not expose this product to excessive temperatures such as sunlight or fire. Use original or certified cables. Keep away from children. The included small parts may cause a choking hazard.

To pair your earphones: Press and hold the [power/volume button] for 2 seconds to power on the earphones. The red and white indicator lights will flash alternately. Select [TOZO OpenReal] from the device list in your Bluetooth settings.
Wearing

Please follow the illustration to hang the earphone on your ears, and adjust the earphone to ensure that the sound outlet is facing towards the ear canal.
Note: Only the right side has buttons and touch functions.

- Power Operations
- Power On: Press and hold the [power/volume button] for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the [power/volume button] for 4 seconds.
- Media Controls
- Play/Pause: Press the [play/pause button] once.
- Next Song: Press and hold the [next song button] for 2 seconds.
- Previous Song: Press and hold the [previous song button] for 2 seconds.
- Volume Controls
- Volume Up: Press the [volume up button] once.
- Volume Down: Press the [volume down button] once.
- Call Management
- Answer Call: Press the [answer call button] once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the [reject call button] for 2 seconds.
- Cancel Outgoing Call: Press and hold the [cancel call button] for 2 seconds.
- Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the [voice assistant button] for 2 seconds.
Note: The specific physical button or touch area used for each function (e.g., '+', '-', '►', '►►', '◄◄') is managed by the device's interface.
Reset

If one of the earphones is not working or fails to pair, please reset it. Simultaneously press and hold the [touch control area] and the [volume down button] for 5 seconds. The indicator light will turn off and then flash red and white, indicating the reset was successful.
