4.0 Power On/Off

Power On

Press and hold the [Volume Up Button] for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones.

Power Off

Press and hold the [Volume Up Button] for 4 seconds while not playing to turn off the headphones.

Indicator Lights

• White light on: battery level ≥50%
• Red light on: battery level ≤50%

5.0 Using

Step 1: Wearing

Hang the headphones on your ear, ensuring the sound output faces the ear canal.

Step 2: Adjusting Fit

Rotate the earbud to adjust for a proper fit.

Note: Only the right side has touch buttons and functions.

6.0 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Press and hold the [Volume Up Button] for 2 seconds. When the headphones are on, alternating red and white signal lights will flash. Turn on your phone to search for the Bluetooth device named "TOZO OpenReal" and click to connect. If the Bluetooth device connects correctly, the signal light will turn off automatically.
2. The headphones will automatically pair and connect to the last used device when you use the headphones again.
3. If the headphones do not pair with the device, delete all "TOZO OpenReal" pairing records and search again.

7.0 Music Control

Tap the touch control once [X1] to play or pause music.

8.0 Call Control

• Answer Call: Tap the touch area once [X1].
• Hang Up Call: Tap the touch area three times [X3].
• Reject Call: Press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds.
• Cancel Outgoing Call: Press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds.

9.0 Voice Assistant

Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds.

10.0 Reset

If one of the earbuds malfunctions or does not pair, reset it: Press and hold the touch control and the [Volume Down Button] simultaneously for 5 seconds to clear Bluetooth pairing records and reset to factory data.

Download the TOZO app to personalize the user interface, configure the equalizer, and more.

• User interface personalization: Most controls can be customized in the app.
• Equalization settings: There are many equalization settings you can choose in the app to optimize your experience while enjoying different music genres.
• Headphone firmware update: The headphone firmware can be updated in the app. You will be notified once a new firmware version is detected when you connect the headphones to the app.

Step 1: Download the App

Download the TOZO app on your phone.

14.0 Frequently Asked Questions

• Question: Cannot power on
• Solution: Try turning on the headphones after charging, check if the red light is on during charging.
• Question: If the headphones fall into water accidentally
• Solution: Do not charge the product, turn it off immediately, dry any moisture from the surface, and try again after powering on.
• Question: Abnormal connection during playback
• Solution: Press and hold the touch button and the [Volume Down Button] simultaneously for 5 seconds, restore factory settings, and then try again.
• Question: Could not connect to phone
• Solution: Ensure the phone's Bluetooth is on, delete the phone's pairing records, and search for the headphones again to connect.
• Question: No sound
• Solution: When connected, try increasing the volume. If the phone is connected to two earbuds simultaneously, tap the Bluetooth signal "TOZO OpenReal" to switch the playback device.
• Question: Cannot charge
• Solution: Try changing to another 5V output power adapter to see if it resolves the issue.
