Powering On/Off
Press and hold the main power button (3) for 3 seconds to turn the product on or off. The battery level icon will appear on the LCD screen when the device is powered on. The device will automatically turn off if no load is detected for 12 hours. Standby time can be configured via the Anker app.
Charging the Product
The "Battery Level" icon will appear when the battery level drops to 1%, indicating it's time to charge. The product supports simultaneous AC and DC charging for higher input power, with a maximum individual input power of 3000W.
Charging from Wall Outlet
When charging from a wall outlet using the AC charging cable, the maximum AC input power is 1500W (100V~15A). Connect the AC charging cable to an outlet and then to the product's AC INPUT/OUTPUT port.
Charging from EV Charger
Using the Anker Solix EV charging adapter (sold separately), connect to an EV charging stand cable and then to the product's AC INPUT/OUTPUT port. The product supports 100V~30A or 200V~15A charging (max 3000W) via the SAE J1772 standard. Note: DC fast charging standards like CHAdeMO are not supported. When the EV charging adapter is connected, the AC output ports are disabled.
Charging from External Power (Solar Panels)
The product can be charged via its High-Voltage PV and Low-Voltage PV ports, supporting a maximum solar input of 2400W.
- High-Voltage PV Port Wiring (11-165V, Max 17A, Max 1600W): Ensure the solar panel's open-circuit voltage (Voc) is within the 11-165V range. Exceeding 165V will damage the product.
- Low-Voltage PV Port Wiring (11-60V, Max 17A, Max 800W): Ensure the solar panel's open-circuit voltage (Voc) is within the 11-60V range. Exceeding 60V will damage the product. Ensure the total solar current is around 17A; exceeding this may limit power utilization. Anker Solix solar panels include MC4 connection cables. Connect panels according to the diagram.
Powering Devices
Powering from Outlet
Press the AC output button (12) and connect your devices to the AC output ports (10). The product functions as a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), automatically switching to backup power within 20ms in case of a power outage.
Powering from USB Ports
Connect devices to the USB-A (8) or USB-C (7) ports. To conserve power, USB charging will automatically stop if the output current is 1W or less for 2 consecutive hours.
Powering from Car Socket
Connect devices to the car socket port (9). Charging will automatically stop after 5 hours if the port detects no power or outputs 3W or less.
Powering Electric Vehicles
Press the AC output button (12) twice to enable EV mode. Wait for the car icon to appear on the screen, then connect the device to the leftmost AC port. The product cannot be charged from an outlet simultaneously while in EV charging mode. An EV charging cable is not included and must be purchased separately.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- What kind of solar chargers can I use to charge this product?
For High-Voltage PV input, solar panel voltage must be 11-165V, max 17A (1600W). Exceeding 165V will damage the product. For Low-Voltage PV input, solar panel voltage must be 11-60V, max 17A (800W). Exceeding 60V will damage the product. - How do I reset the product?
If the product is not functioning correctly, insert a thin object like a paperclip into the reset hole (4) for 1 second. If it still does not work, please contact customer support at support@anker.com. - Can I charge this product using a 200V AC generator?
The product currently only supports charging from 100V AC pure sine wave generators. It does not support 200V AC generators. - Can this product be charged by an EV charger?
Using the Anker SOLIX EV charging connector to connect to an EV charger, the product can be charged at a maximum output of 3,000W (100V~30A / 200V~15A). - How should I store and maintain it?
- Turn off the main power button when not in use.
- Store in a dry, cool environment.
- Check battery level regularly. If below 30%, charge to 100%.
- If not using for a long period, charge to 100% at least once every 3 months.
- Why doesn't the AC input/output icon on the LCD screen display correctly?
When connecting the AC charging cable or EV charging adapter to the product's AC input/output port (14), ensure the cable's lock knob is securely fastened.
