Getting Started

Pairing:

Take out the earbuds from the charging case.
For first-time pairing, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
On your device, turn on Bluetooth and select "TRUEFREE EarFit DS1" from the list to connect.
Forced Pairing (switching to a new device): While connected, press and hold the touch panel on either earbud for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.

Multi-Device Connectivity:

Connect to Device A and turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The earbuds will re-enter pairing mode.
Turn on Bluetooth on Device B and connect to "TRUEFREE EarFit DS1".
Turn Bluetooth back on for Device A and reconnect to the previously paired earbuds. The earbuds will now be connected to both devices simultaneously.

Battery Display Screen

Charging Case: The battery level is displayed from 1% to 100%.

Earbuds:

Below 25%: First bar lights up
26%-50%: Second bar lights up
51%-75%: Third bar lights up
76%-100%: Fourth bar lights up

When charging, the battery display screen stays on. When not charging, it displays for 10 seconds and then turns off.

How to Wear

Preparation: Gently place the earbuds on top of the ear.
Wearing: Slowly rotate the earbuds along the shape of your ear until they are fully inserted.
Checking the fit: Press gently to ensure a firm fit in the ear.

Feature Description

Single Tap (x1): Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
Long Press (1.5s): Next track (Right earbud), Previous track (Left earbud), Reject call.
Triple Tap (x3): Activate voice assistant.

Troubleshooting

Charging Case Not Charging: Ensure the charging cable is properly connected. Try a different USB port or cable. Check if the device is in power-saving or sleep mode.
Earbuds Not Charging: Ensure the charging contacts and earbuds are clean. Check the charging case battery level.
No Power: Check the earbud battery level. Ensure earbuds are removed from a case with sufficient charge. Press and hold the multifunction button to power on.
TWS Connection Failed: Ensure both earbuds are sufficiently charged. Check if the earbuds are too far apart. Reset the earbuds.
Pairing Failed: Ensure the Bluetooth device is not connected to other devices. Re-pair the earbuds.
No Sound: Check if Bluetooth is connected correctly. Ensure playback controls on the source device are functioning. Check if the volume on the source device is at minimum. Ensure the audio output is set to the earbuds.
Low Volume: Adjust the volume on the source device. Clean the sound outlet of the earbuds.
Noise/Intermittent Sound: Check for obstructions between the earbuds and the source device. Ensure the distance is not too great. Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic interference or Wi-Fi networks.

Factory Reset

With the earbuds in the charging case, press and hold the touch panels on both earbuds (L/R) for 10 seconds until the red LED flashes three times.
The earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically.
