Pairing Instructions

  1. Open the charging case cover. The left and right earphones will automatically turn on and enter the mutual pairing state. The indicator light on one earphone will flash red and blue alternately, while the other earphone stays blue, indicating successful pairing. They then enter pairing mode.
  2. Turn on your device's Bluetooth and select "TRUEFREE T2" from the Bluetooth list to complete the pairing.

Resetting the Earbuds

  1. Place the earphones back into the charging case, ensuring they are correctly positioned.
  2. With the charging case lid open, press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds. The lights on the earphones will flash red and blue alternately twice, indicating the reset is complete.
  3. Close the charging case lid and then re-open it to activate the earphones.

Wearing the Earbuds

  1. Identify the left earphone and the right earphone.
  2. Adjust the earphones to fit your ears comfortably and securely.

Touch Controls

Power On:

  • Auto: Open the charging case, and the earphones turn on automatically.
  • Manual: Press and hold the multifunctional button for 1.5 seconds when earphones are off.

Power Off:

  • Auto: Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the case lid.
  • Manual: Press and hold the multifunctional button for 10 seconds when earphones are on.

Play/Pause: Double-tap the multifunctional button.

Volume Down: Single-tap the left multifunctional button.

Volume Up: Single-tap the right multifunctional button.

Next Track: Press and hold the right multifunctional button for 1.5 seconds.

Previous Track: Press and hold the left multifunctional button for 1.5 seconds.

Answer/Hang Up Call: Double-tap the multifunctional button.

Reject Call: Press and hold the multifunctional button for 1.5 seconds.

Switch Between Calls: Press and hold the multifunctional button for 1.5 seconds.

Activate Voice Assistant: Press the right multifunctional button three times.

Activate/Deactivate Game Mode: Press the left multifunctional button three times.

Q1: What does the indicator light of the charging case display?

Battery Life of Charging Case:

  • 100%-50%: Green light
  • 49%-10%: Yellow light
  • Less than 10%: Red light

Charging Status of Charging Case:

  • 0%-20%: Red light flashes slowly
  • 21%-69%: Yellow light flashes slowly
  • 70%-99%: Green light flashes slowly
  • 100%: Green light stays on

Q2: How to charge the charging case?

  1. Connect the charging case to a Type-C charger. Ensure the current does not exceed 1A.
  2. If the earphones remain idle for an extended period, charge them at least every three months to prevent battery damage.

Q3: Why are the earphones still connected to the phone when they are put back into the charging case and the case lid is closed?

  1. Check if the charging case has battery power. If the battery is depleted, closing the lid will not disconnect the earphones from the device.
  2. Ensure the earphones are properly placed in the charging case and that the charging contacts on both the earphones and the charging case are clean. Use a soft cloth and a small amount of alcohol to clean the contact points.
