Reset Reset function, press and hold the reset hole for 3 seconds to reset (by a pin), and the device will restart and restore the factory settings Basic Operating Instructions Power on/off: 1. Power on: long-press the power button to power on, and the display will light up. 2. Power off: long-press the power button to power off, and the display will turn off. Charge: When the USB cable is connected to charge, the display shows the charging icon and the power level. here are some notes below: (1)Do not charge for a too long time, more than 6 hours of charging may cause zero internal damage (2)After fully charged, it is recommended to continue charging for half an hour to ensure a longer playback time. (3)The battery (battery pack or combined battery) or product shall not be exposed to the environment such as sunlight, fire, or similar overheating. (4)The battery of this player is a polymer lithium battery, which can be recharged for use. The first three charges must be charged for more than 2 hours, and each time the battery is used up, the battery life can be extended. (5)If using a power adapter for charging, please choose a power adapter that has been certified by FCC/UL/CE/PSE and meets the standard requirements. Optimized Charging: When charging through the computer's USB port, whether the machine is turned on or not, as long as you connect the product to the computer, you can charge the product; (Note: Connect the computer to charge, if you do not need to copy files; when the computer shows that it is connected to the disk, click The connection icon in the lower right corner safely pops up in connection mode for charging.) We recommend charging with the screen backlight turned off, which can prolong the life of the display. During the charging process, the product body will heat up to a certain extent, which is a normal phenomenon. Headphone Output Interface: please use standard 3.5mm headphone/earphone Data Transmission: please plug the device's USB port directly into the computer to transfer data Lyric File: the lyric file needs to be in LRC format, the name of the lyric file needs to be the same as the song name, and it should be placed in the same directory. Trouble Shooting 1. The button has no function please restart the machine and try it again. 2. The screen displays garbled characters please check whether the correct language option has been set; restart the machine. 3. Noise please check whether there is external matter in the headphone plug, and double- check whether the audio file is damaged. 4. No sound please check if the volume is set to 0, double-check the headphone connection, or if the music file is damaged. 5. The volume plus and minus keys cannot adjust the volume please long press the volume up and down keys to adjust the volume when the screen is on. 6. Unable to transfer files or on the computer please replace the USB cable/port or check whether there is a problem with the PC and the USB interface. 7. Unable to copy files please confirm whether the connection between the computer and the player is correct, and confirm whether the storage space of the memory is full or whether the USB cable is damaged. 8. This device is used abnormally please restore the factory settings to see if it returns to normal; use the charger to activate the battery, and try to restart it on the premise that there is a certain amount of power, or contact our after-sales team for a system refresh. 9. Why sometimes the standby time is shorter than usual the use time of lithium batteries will be different based on the temperature environment and usage conditions. If the ambient temperature is too low, the battery life will be affected, it is recommended to use the device at room temperature. From the perspective of usage, it is also affected by factors such as volume or frequent operations, and the actual use time will also vary to some extent. Pre-cautions External environment: 1. Do not place the product in direct sunlight. 2. Do not use or place the product in a particularly hot, cold, dusty and humid, dry harsh environment. 3. Please keep the product away from electromagnetic, high temperature, low temperature, smoke, wet, and other harsh environments. Correct use and maintenance: 1. Please be informed that this device is not waterproof, please do not clean the product with water or other chemical reagents, please use a soft flannel to clean the surface of the product. 2. Turn down the volume or stop using it when you experience ear discomfort. 6. Please perform "disk defragmentation" on the player device regularly. The product can be connected to a PC via the direct USB port. Once the PC correctly recognizes the player, format it using the Windows operating system; formatting will erase existing data from the product. Therefore, please backup the files before formatting. Please pay attention during use 1. Please do not disconnect the product when the device is formatting or uploading and downloading, otherwise it may cause data loss or program errors. 2. When the device is used as a mobile hard disk, the user should store and export files according to the correct file management operation method. Otherwise, files will be lost due to wrong operation methods. 3. Use the USB port of the device to connect to the computer for a long time, and the device body will heat up. It is recommended not to connect to the computer for a long time. Unplug it from the computer's USB port when not in use. 4. If the product is infected by a virus program when it is connected to a computer or imported or downloaded files from the computer, and the machine files and firmware programs are damaged due to viruses and cannot be used, the user can upgrade the firmware on a computer that is determined to be virus-free, and then format the device to fix the problem. About memory: Based on the calculation standard, and the system will occupy a part of memory, so the actual available memory capacity may not be consistent with the claimed capacity.
