Remote Control Instruction
The 4x4 matrix supports IR control. There are four sets of control buttons to switch and control the four Output ports.
- ① Switch to one specific Input port
- ② Return to last Input port
- ③ Move forward one Input port
- ④ Output port
Buttons ② and ③ are used to move back or forward one Input port. Button ① is used to directly switch to one Input port.
Application Diagrams
The diagram illustrates connecting four HDMI sources to the HDMI Matrix 4x4, and then connecting the matrix outputs to four displays. It shows the DC/12V power input, HDMI outputs (OUT1-OUT4), HDMI inputs (IN1-IN4), and the power switch.
Operating and Connecting
- Connect each HDMI source device to an input of the HDMI Matrix with an HDMI cable.
- Connect display devices to the outputs of the HDMI Matrix with HDMI cables.
- Use the IR remote control to switch the signal source freely.
- Connect the 12V power supply to the HDMI 4x4 Matrix.
- RS-232 Port Usage: Through the RS-232 port, you can update software and monitor the state of the input and output signals. You can also switch signals. When connected to a computer, users can easily switch signals via the computer.
Application Scenario
The HDMI Matrix 4x4 is suitable for various environments, including:
- TV Store: For displaying multiple content sources on different screens.
- Teaching room: For presentations and multimedia content sharing.
- Video Conference: For displaying presentations and video feeds during meetings.
Notes
To ensure the longevity of the machine, please follow these instructions:
- Place the machine away from damp, high-temperature, dusty, erosive, and oxidative environments.
- Protect all parts from strong shakes, hits, and falls.
- Do not touch the power adapter with wet hands.
- When unplugging the power adapter, hold the adapter head and do not pull the power cord.
- Turn off the power when the machine is not in use for extended periods.
- Do not open the cover or touch the inside parts.
- Use only the original factory power adapter.
Before powering on, carefully check all connections and ensure all interfaces are normally connected. Common troubleshooting steps are provided below:
Trouble Description | Cause and Ways to Deal With |
---|---|
Non-Power-Connected | 1. Check if the power adapter head is truly and correctly inserted into the power socket. 2. Check if the power switch is in the 'on' status. |
No Picture | 1. Ensure the TV is on and connected to the machine. 2. Check if the signal source is on and well connected. 3. Check the system connection quality. 4. Verify the quality of all cables. |
Obscure Picture | 1. Retry connecting the cable to resolve connection issues. 2. Check the HDMI Cable Quality. |
