Safety Information

Age Suitability: Suitable for children over 6 years.

Warnings:

• Not suitable for children under 36 months. Risk of Suffocation! Contains small parts which can be swallowed. Keep away from children.
• This device is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a responsible person regarding its use.
• Read the complete instructions and safety instructions carefully before using the model.
• Warnings/safety instructions must be read in full for your safety and to avoid accidents/injuries.
• Battery Warnings:
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Do not open batteries. Do not dispose of in fire.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
• Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the toy before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Allow the model to cool off sufficiently after each use before putting it back into operation.
• When changing batteries, allow a cooling phase of at least 10 minutes before operating the model again. Overheating can damage electronics or cause fire.

Product Components

Transmitter (Remote Control):

• 1. Forward/Backward: Control stick for forward and backward movement.
• 2. Left/Right: Control stick for steering left and right.
• 3. Lift Dump: Button to raise the dump bed.
• 4. Lower Dump: Button to lower the dump bed.
• 5. On/Off - Start: Power button to turn the transmitter and model on/off and start the model.
• 6. Horn & Sound: Button for horn sound. Pressing and holding may turn the sound off.
• 7. Demo Function: Activates automatic maneuvers.
• 8. ON/OFF Switch: Main power switch for the transmitter.
• 9. Battery Compartment: Holds batteries for the transmitter.

Model (Truck):

• A. Trim Lever: Used to adjust the model's straight-line running performance if it pulls to the left or right.
• B. ON/OFF Switch: Power switch for the model.
• C. Battery Compartment: Holds batteries for the model.

Fitting Batteries: Observe polarity when inserting batteries (2x AA for transmitter, 4x AA for model).

Operation Instructions

1. Powering On/Off:

• First, switch on the model, then the transmitter. A short beep indicates the transmitter is active.
• Press the start button to begin operation. A realistic engine sound will play.
• Warning: If the model does not receive commands for over 50 seconds, it will automatically enter standby mode and must be restarted with the start button.
• To turn off, switch off the model first, then the transmitter.

2. Driving Forward/Backward:

• Push the throttle stick forward or backward. The model will drive forward or backward. Headlights will illuminate during movement.

3. Steering Left/Right:

• Push the throttle stick forward or backward and simultaneously move the direction stick to the left or right. The model will turn accordingly while moving forward or backward.

4. Operating the Dump Bed:

• Start the truck. Press the top left button to lift the dump bed. Press the right button to lower the dump bed.

5. Horn/Sound:

• Press the horn button to hear a horn sound. Pressing and holding the button may turn the sound off.

6. Demo Function:

• Pressing the demo button allows the model to perform automatic maneuvers.

Troubleshooting

• Vehicle does not run:
• Check if enough batteries are inserted (See page 4).
• Replace empty batteries with new ones.
• Ensure the start button has been pressed (See page 6).
• The vehicle may be in standby mode (See pages 6/9).

General Safety Measures

• Keep hands away from moving parts.
• Use only under direct supervision of an adult.
• Replace batteries when depleted. Pay attention to polarity.
• Be aware of frequencies in your environment to avoid interference.
• Do not operate in rain, snow, wet conditions, or sand.
• Do not drive on roads or areas used by real vehicles.
• Never operate the model outside the range of your remote control.
• Do not expose the model to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
• Clean the model using a damp cloth.
• Store batteries separately when not in use.

Disposal Information

Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in domestic waste; they must be disposed of separately. Users are obliged to dispose of old batteries appropriately (separate collection). Used batteries can be returned free of charge to the retail store. Batteries contain substances that can be irritating, cause allergies, or are highly reactive, making separate collection and proper recycling important for the environment and health. If batteries are marked with chemical symbols Hg, Cd, or Pb below a crossed-out wheeled bin, they contain more than 0.0005% mercury (Hg), 0.002% cadmium (Cd), or 0.004% lead (Pb).

Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in domestic waste and must be disposed of separately. Remove batteries if possible and dispose of the electrical equipment at communal collection points. Remove any personal data from the appliance yourself.
