IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) to reduce the risk of electric shock. It fits into a polarized outlet in only one orientation. If the plug does not fit completely, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to bypass the safety feature of the polarized plug. Do not alter the plug.

Assembly Instructions

Parts and Tools

You will need a screwdriver. The following parts are included:

Lamp pole
Base plate
Base connector/cap (3 required)
Lamp holders (3 required)
Adhesive strips (quantity shown as 1x in diagram)
Lampshade

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach the top component to the lamp pole. Screw the component onto the threaded end of the pole by rotating it clockwise.
Step 2: Connect the main lamp pole to the base. Feed the power cord through the base and then up through the pole. Insert the pole into the base fitting and secure it.
Step 3: Apply the adhesive strips to the underside of the base.
Step 4: Secure the pole assembly to the base. Insert the pole into the base fitting and rotate clockwise to lock it in place.
Step 5: Place the lampshade over the internal structure. From underneath, tighten the threaded ring to secure the lampshade.
Step 6: Install the three lamp holders into their respective sockets within the lampshade structure.
Step 7: Insert light bulbs (not included) into the lamp holders.
Step 8: Finalize the assembly. Secure the lampshade assembly to the main pole structure using screws and the rotating cap.
Step 9: Final check. Ensure all parts are securely fastened.
