Product Overview

The Uponor Vario and Vario PLUS actuators are designed for automatic control of heating systems, compatible with the Uponor Smatrix system.

Features and Operation

Voltage: Operates with 230V AC or 24V AC/DC power supplies.

"First-Open" Function: This feature prevents valve sticking by ensuring the valve opens for an extended period (over 10 minutes) before closing.

Wiring Indicators: L1 (typically brown wire) and L2 (typically blue wire) are used for electrical connections.

Installation: The actuator mounts onto the valve via a push-and-twist mechanism.

Valve Stroke Check: For correct operation, the valve stem protrusion must be between 0.5 mm and 1.3 mm (indicated by ✔️ for correct, ❌ for incorrect).
