Control Panel and Remote Control
The unit features a control panel on top and comes with a remote control for convenient operation.
Control Panel Functions:
- Power Button: Press to turn the unit ON/OFF.
- Fan Speed Button: Press to choose high/low speed.
- UP/Down Button for Temperature and Timer: Under cooling mode, adjust temperature. In timer mode, set ON/OFF time. Pressing both together switches between °C and °F.
- Mode Button: Press to choose cooling, fan, or dry mode.
- Timer Button: Press in standby mode to set ON time; press in ON mode to set OFF time.
- Temperature and Timer Display: Shows current temperature and timer settings.
- Temperature Switch Button: Switches between °C and °F.

Operation
Place & Install
Placement:
- Place the machine on a horizontal floor near the window.
- For proper ventilation and best performance, keep the appliance at least 50cm from objects nearby.

Air Exhaust Duct Assembly
The assembly includes a connector, air exhaust duct, and flat nozzle. A clip-fixture type is used for securing the plate.

Installation Steps:
Step 1: Clip-fixture Type
- Measure window size.
- Adjust the length of the plate according to window size.
- Lock the plate.

Step 2: Fix the plate to window

Step 3: Connect Exhaust Pipe
Swirl the exhaust pipe assembly (exhaust fitting end) into the rear panel outlet counterclockwise.

Step 4: Secure to Window Seal Panel
Insert the exhaust pipe assembly (exhaust port end) into the window seal panel assembly and screw it up.

Incorrect Installation
- It's important to keep the exhaust duct smooth. Incorrect installation will affect the A/C's work.
- Prevent the exhaust duct from sharp bending.
- Ensure air can flow smoothly in the duct.
Warning: The exhaust duct is designed for this model. Do not replace or lengthen it; otherwise, it will result in failure.
Notice: The air exhaust duct can stretch up to 1500mm. To avoid bending, stretch it as short as possible.
Remote Control Battery Installation
Please install the battery correctly before using the remote control.
- Slide to open the battery cover on the back.
- Insert 2 x AAA (DC1.5V) new batteries and install electrodes correctly.
- Fit the batteries in place.

Warning:
- Only AAA DC 1.5V batteries are allowed; never use rechargeable batteries or other types.
- Replace both batteries; never mix new with old batteries.
- Please remove batteries if the appliance is not to be used for a long time.
Warning:
- Never use leaked batteries.
- Chemicals in batteries can cause health hazards like burns. If battery liquid splashes on skin or clothes, wash with clean water. If swallowed, rinse mouth with clean water and seek medical attention.
How to Operate
Cooling Mode
- Cooling indicator will light on.
- Temperature Setting: 60°F to 86°F (16°C to 30°C).
- Press Fan Speed Button to choose low/high fan speed.
Fan Mode
- Fan indicator will be on.
- Press Fan Speed Button to choose low/high fan speed.
- Temperature cannot be set in this mode.
Dry Mode
- Dry indicator will be on.
- Remove water plug, insert one end of pipe to drainage hose; the other end goes into a water tank or water channel.
- Compressor starts if ambient Temp. ≥17°C (62°F) and stops if Temp. ≤15°C (59°F). A 3-minute delay protects the compressor.
- Fan runs at a fixed low speed.
- Temperature is fixed.
Notes: Under dry mode, dismantle the air exhaust duct; otherwise, performance will be affected and a "FL" water full alarm will buzz.
Heating Mode (Not available for cooling only models)
- Heating indicator will light up.
- Press UP/DOWN button to select Temp. between 16°C to 30°C (60°F to 86°F).
- Press Fan Speed button to set low/high speed.

Timer Mode
- In standby mode, press Timer button to set ON time (0-24 Hours) using UP/DOWN buttons. Timer indicator lights up.
- In running state, press Timer button to set OFF time (0-24 Hours) using UP/DOWN buttons. Timer indicator lights up.
Clean and Maintenance
Drainage
The appliance uses a self-evaporating system to reuse condensed water for cooling. The appliance displays "FL" with a buzz sound when the built-in water container is full. After the compressor stops, drain water as follows:
- Unplug and dismantle the air exhaust duct.
- Move the appliance to a suitable place.
- Pull out the water plug and drain all water.
- Re-insert the water plug.
- Re-install the air exhaust duct and restart the appliance.

MAINTENANCE
Warning: In case of electric shock, turn off and unplug before repair or maintenance.
Body Clean
- Unplug before cleaning.
- Clean with a soft and half-wet cloth.
- In case of damage to appearance or the appliance, never use chemical reagents like benzene, alcohol, or gasoline.
- Never let water splash into the appliance.

Filter Cleaning
The filter should be cleaned every two weeks. If indoor air quality is poor, clean more often to maintain performance.
- Take off the air-inlet grille and pull out the filters.
- Clean the filter in 40°C (104°F) warm water or water with neutral detergent.
- Dry the filter in a cooling area.
- Re-install the filter and grille after drying, then restart the appliance.

Warning: Do not wash the filter with water above 40°C (104°F) or irritating detergent. Keep filters away from heat sources and dry naturally. Never operate the appliance without the filter installed.
Seasonal Maintenance
If the appliance will not be used for a long time, follow these steps:
- Pull out the water plug for drainage.
- Run in Fan mode for at least 2 hours to dry internal parts.
- Turn off and unplug.
- Clean the filter and reinstall.
- Dismantle the air exhaust duct and store it properly.
- Take off batteries from the remote.
- Wrap the appliance in a plastic bag and keep it in a dry, cool place.
When using the appliance again after a long period:
- Ensure the water plug and filter are installed.
- Never use a damaged power cord; check before use.
- Insert batteries into the remote.
- Assemble other parts according to the instructions.

Common Failures and Diagnosis
Intelligent Error Detection
