- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised by a responsible person.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- Use only the new hose-sets supplied with the appliance; old hose-sets should not be reused.
- Openings must not be obstructed by a carpet.
- This appliance is intended for household use only and not for: staff kitchen areas in shops/offices, farm houses, hotel/motel environments, bed and breakfast environments, or communal areas in flats/launderettes.
CAUTION: To avoid hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device (like a timer) or connected to a circuit regularly switched on/off by the utility.

The Electric Shock!
- This washing machine is for indoor use only.
- Do not place it in a humid place.
- Before maintenance, unplug the appliance from the electrical source.
- Always unplug the machine and turn off the water supply after use. Be aware of the maximum and minimum inlet water pressure (in megapascals, MPa).
- For safety, the power plug must be inserted into an earthed three-pole socket. Ensure your socket is properly and reliably earthed.
- Water and electrical device provisions must be connected by a qualified technician according to manufacturer's instructions and local safety regulations.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.

Installing the Product!
- This washing machine is for indoor use only.
- It is not intended for built-in use.
- Openings must not be obstructed by a carpet.
- Do not install in bathrooms, very wet rooms, or rooms with explosive or caustic gases.
- Remove all packaging materials before using the appliance; otherwise, serious damage may result.
- The washing machine with a single inlet valve may only be connected to a cold water supply.
- The plug must be accessible after installation.
- Avoid placing the machine in direct sunlight, as plastic parts may deform or discolor.
- Avoid places where the machine may freeze during cold weather.
- This appliance is intended for household use.
- Use only the new hose-sets supplied; old ones should not be reused.
- Do not wash, spin, or dry water-proof seats, mats, or clothing.
- Do not wash thick, hard mats even if the washer mark is on the care label, as this may result in injury or damage due to abnormal vibrations.
Risk of Damaging Appliance!
- Your product is for home use only and designed for textiles suitable for machine washing.
- Do not climb on or sit on the glass lid.
- Cautions during Machine Handling and Transport:
- The accumulated water shall be drained out of the machine.
- Handle the machine carefully. Never hold protruding parts while lifting.
- This appliance is heavy and should be transported carefully.
- Do not close the glass lid with excessive force.
- Washing carpets is forbidden.
Operating the Appliance!
- Before the first wash, operate the product without clothes using the 'Tub Clean' program.
- Flammable, explosive, or toxic solvents (gasoline, alcohol, etc.) are forbidden as detergents. Use only detergents suitable for machine washing.
- Ensure all pockets are emptied. Sharp and rigid items (coins, brooches, nails, screws, stones, etc.) may cause serious damage.
- This appliance is intended for household use.
- Do not insert hands into the rotating drum.
- This product is for domestic use only.

Installation Area
Warning! Stability is important to prevent the product from moving!
- Ensure the product does not stand on the power cord.
- Maintain clearance: 50mm on the side with drainage pipes, and 20mm on the side without drainage pipes.
Location Requirements:
- Rigid, dry, and level surface.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
- Sufficient ventilation.
- Room temperature above 0 °C.
- Keep away from fuel sources (coal, gas).
Unpacking The Washing Machine
Warning! Packaging material (e.g., Films, Styrofoam) can be dangerous for children. There is a risk of suffocation! Keep all packaging materials well away from children.
- Remove the cardboard box and styrofoam packing.
- Lift the washing machine and remove the base packing.
- Remove the tape securing the power supply cord and drain hose.
- Pick up the inlet hose from the drum.
Installation of the Cabinet Base Cover
Running the machine or washing while placing on the bottom foam is strictly forbidden.
Lay the washing machine backward on soft fabric. Insert the cabinet base cover into the washing machine base trough, push it to the end, and tighten the screw at one position.
Drain Hose Placement
Warning!
- Do not kink, protract, or compress the drain hose.
- Position the drain hose properly to prevent water leakage.
- If the drain hose is too long, do not force it into the washing machine, as this can cause abnormal noises.
The way to place the end of the drain hose:
- Length: Less than 3m.
- Height: Less than 15cm above the floor or water trough.
Drain direction: Can be left or right style.
Levelling the Washing Machine
Warning! The lock nuts on all four feet must be screwed tightly against the housing.
- Check if the feet are properly attached to the cabinet. If not, rotate them to their original position and tighten the nuts.
- Check alignment with a leveler.
- Loosen the lock nut and rotate the foot clockwise or counter-clockwise until it closely contacts the floor.
- Ensure the lock is secure, then alternately press the four top corners of the machine to check for proper adjustment.
- Confirm the machine is horizontal. The difference between the upper and lower parts (a-b) should not exceed one centimeter.
Selection of Tap
Please select an appropriate tap: Ordinary tap, Screw tap, or Special washing machine tap.
Connection of Inlet Hose, Tap and Washing Machine
Connect the inlet hose properly, depending on the type of inlet hose supplied.
1: Connection between ordinary tap and inlet hose:
- Loosen clamp nut to show 5mm groove.
- Loosen four screws.
- Set connecting base on tap and tighten screws evenly.
- Tighten clamp nut on tap and tighten screws evenly.
- Press slide bushing, insert inlet hose into connecting base.
- Connection finished.
- After connection and installation, check for water leakage.
2: Connection between screw tap and inlet hose:
Use a tap with threads and inlet hose, or a special tap for washing machine.
Warning! To prevent leakage or water damage, follow the above instructions! Do not kink, crush, modify, or cut the water inlet hose.
OPERATION
Preparation Before Washing
Caution!
- Ensure the unit is installed properly before washing.
- Before the first wash, operate the machine without clothes using the 'Tub Clean' program.
- Do not use water with temperatures over 50 °C.
A complete cycle is shown below:
- 1. Plug in: Connect the power cord.
- 2. Open tap: Turn on the water supply.
- 3. Put clothes in the drum: Load laundry.
- 4. Add detergent: Place detergent in the designated case.
- 5. Close lid: Close the glass lid.
Note: Liquid detergent is used in the designated case.
Washing
- Power on: Press the ON/OFF button.
- Select course: Choose the desired washing course.
- Start up: Press the START/HOLD button.
Note: Water level can be selected manually.
After Washing
The buzzer will sound when washing is finished, and the power supply will cut off automatically. You may then unload the laundry.
Washing Matters Needing Attention
Before washing, check clothes labels and detergent usage instructions. Use low-density detergent suitable for washing machines.
- Check the label: Refer to garment care labels.
- Take items out of the pockets: Empty all pockets.
- Tie tassels into Knot, fasten zippers and buttons: Secure loose items.
- Put small clothes into a laundry net: Protect delicate items.
- Turn the following clothes inside out: Those that easily form fiber on their surface and those with long strands of fiber.
- Segregate clothes with varying textures or materials: Wash similar items together.
Warning! Washing a single piece of clothing may cause severe unbalance and an alarm. Add one or two more pieces to improve spinning.
Do not wash clothes stained with kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, or other flammable materials.
The Usage of Detergent and Washing Powder
- For powder detergent that forms clusters, dilute it with water before pouring into the detergent box to prevent clogging and overflow.
- Choose the suitable detergent type for the washing temperature to achieve the best washing effect with less water and energy consumption.

Control Panel
The control panel features various buttons and indicators:
- 1. On/Off: Turns the unit on and off.
- 2. Start/Hold: Press to start or hold the washing cycle.
- 3. Course: Select the laundry type.
- 4. Option: Select additional functions.
- 5. Display: Shows settings, time, options, and status messages.
- 6. Lid lock: Indicates the lid lock status (refer to page 17 for details).
- 7. Fuzzy: Automatically selects water level based on load weight. This function is not available if water is already in the tub or if water level is manually selected before pressing Start/Hold. It activates after pressing Start/Hold.
- 8. UFB Function (Ultra Fine Bubble): Creates tiny air bubbles to help remove stains deep within the cloth.
Note: REGULAR, JEANS, MEMORY, HEAVY WASH, COURSE programs have fuzzy weighting function.
Option
For models with these functions:
- Water Level: Select water level based on clothing category, soiling degree, and user habits.
- Wash/Rinse/Spin: Washing time, number of rinses, spinning time, and other settings can be selected.
- Function: Select functions like Soaking, Washing, Rinsing, or Spinning.
- Preset:
- Select a course.
- Press the Preset button to choose the start time.
- Press [Start/Hold] to commence the Preset operation.
Press the [Preset] button repeatedly to cycle through preset time options. The preset time must be set before starting the course. To change the preset time after the course has started, press the ON/OFF button to reset the course.
Caution! If power is interrupted during operation, the selected program is stored in memory and recalled upon restart.
GREATWAVES™
GREATWAVES™ shortens wash time using special rhythm and water flow.
CHILD PROOF
To avoid misuse by children:
- Press ON/OFF to turn on.
- Press CHILD PROOF and another button (e.g., WATER LEVEL, PRESET) simultaneously to activate. The indicator 'CL' will be shown.
Caution! If CHILD PROOF is ON and the lid is opened during operation: the buzzer sounds, an indicator flashes, water supply stops, wash/spin operation stops, and the tub drains for approximately 20 seconds. CHILD PROOF locks all buttons except [On/Off].
Personalized Setting of Washing Course
Users can select washing courses, set washing time, number of rinses, spinning time, water volume, and course start time.
Sequence: ON/OFF -> COURSE -> WATER LEVEL -> PROCESS + SET -> PRESET -> START/HOLD.
Operations of Washing Process
Users can set single processes or combinations of washing, rinsing, and spinning.
- Soak: Press PROCESS, then SET for SOAK time.
- Wash: Press PROCESS, then SET for WASH time.
- Rinse: Press PROCESS, then SET for RINSE times.
- Spin: Press PROCESS, then SET for SPIN time.
For combinations, set times for other processes to "0" as needed.
Note: Other process combinations are set similarly. Parameters include SOAK (0-60 min), WASH (0-20 min), RINSE (0-4 times), SPIN (0-9 min).
Washing Course Table

TUB CLEAN: | Intermittent spinning removes dirt from the drum's inner/outer surfaces and the pulsator. |
REGULAR: | Standard fabric washing program, suitable for cotton. Washing done once, twice for rinsing, with a slightly long spin time. |
JEANS: | Suitable for heavily-stained/thick clothes. |
BLANKET: | Longer wash time, stronger water action for better washing effect. |
HEAVY WASH: | For heavily-stained/thick clothes. |
Lid Lock Open/Close
- During operation, the glass lid cannot be opened when the lid lock light is on.
- If unplugged or a blackout occurs during operation, the glass lid cannot be opened.
- To open the glass lid during operation, press Start/Hold. The lid lock light will turn off, and the lid can be opened.
Note: The lid lock is not unlocked immediately after pressing Start/Hold; it unlocks after the machine completely stops. If the lid lock malfunctions, stop operation and contact after-sales service.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning And Care
Warning! Before maintenance, unplug the machine and close the tap.
Cleaning the Cabinet
Proper maintenance extends the washing machine's working life. Clean the surface with diluted non-abrasive neutral detergents. Wipe off any water overflow immediately with a dry cloth. No sharp items are allowed.
Note: Formic acid, its diluted solvents, or equivalents (alcohol, solvents, chemical products, etc.) are forbidden.
Cleaning the Inlet Filter
Note: Clean the inlet filter if the water pressure from the inlet drops.
Washing the filter in the washing machine:
- Screw off the inlet pipe from the back of the machine.
- Pull out the filter with long-nose pliers and reinstall it after washing.
- Use a brush to clean the filter.
- Reconnect the inlet hose.
Lint filter cleaning:
- The washer has a built-in lint filter to collect lint during the washing cycle.
- It is suggested to clean the lint filter every 10 cycles.
- Take out the filter, clean it with water, and place it back into the washer.
Trouble Shooting
If the appliance does not start or stops during operation, try to find a solution from the table below. Otherwise, contact the service center.
