INSTALLATION

Warning! Stability is important to prevent the product from moving!

Location Requirements:

  1. Rigid, dry, and level surface.
  2. Avoid direct sunlight.
  3. Sufficient ventilation.
  4. Room temperature above 0 °C.
  5. Keep away from fuel sources (coal, gas).

Unpacking The Washing Machine

Warning! Packaging material (e.g., Films, Styrofoam) can be dangerous for children. There is a risk of suffocation! Keep all packaging materials well away from children.

  1. Remove the cardboard box and styrofoam packing.
  2. Lift the washing machine and remove the base packing.
  3. Remove the tape securing the power supply cord and drain hose.
  4. Pick up the inlet hose from the drum.

Installation of the Cabinet Base Cover

Running the machine or washing while placing on the bottom foam is strictly forbidden.

Lay the washing machine backward on soft fabric. Insert the cabinet base cover into the washing machine base trough, push it to the end, and tighten the screw at one position.

Drain Hose Placement

Warning!

The way to place the end of the drain hose:

Drain direction: Can be left or right style.

Levelling the Washing Machine

Warning! The lock nuts on all four feet must be screwed tightly against the housing.

  1. Check if the feet are properly attached to the cabinet. If not, rotate them to their original position and tighten the nuts.
  2. Check alignment with a leveler.
  3. Loosen the lock nut and rotate the foot clockwise or counter-clockwise until it closely contacts the floor.
  4. Ensure the lock is secure, then alternately press the four top corners of the machine to check for proper adjustment.
  5. Confirm the machine is horizontal. The difference between the upper and lower parts (a-b) should not exceed one centimeter.

Selection of Tap

Please select an appropriate tap: Ordinary tap, Screw tap, or Special washing machine tap.

Connection of Inlet Hose, Tap and Washing Machine

Connect the inlet hose properly, depending on the type of inlet hose supplied.

1: Connection between ordinary tap and inlet hose:

  1. Loosen clamp nut to show 5mm groove.
  2. Loosen four screws.
  3. Set connecting base on tap and tighten screws evenly.
  4. Tighten clamp nut on tap and tighten screws evenly.
  5. Press slide bushing, insert inlet hose into connecting base.
  6. Connection finished.
  7. After connection and installation, check for water leakage.

2: Connection between screw tap and inlet hose:

Use a tap with threads and inlet hose, or a special tap for washing machine.

Warning! To prevent leakage or water damage, follow the above instructions! Do not kink, crush, modify, or cut the water inlet hose.

OPERATION

Preparation Before Washing

Caution!

A complete cycle is shown below:

Note: Liquid detergent is used in the designated case.

Washing

  1. Power on: Press the ON/OFF button.
  2. Select course: Choose the desired washing course.
  3. Start up: Press the START/HOLD button.

Note: Water level can be selected manually.

After Washing

The buzzer will sound when washing is finished, and the power supply will cut off automatically. You may then unload the laundry.

Washing Matters Needing Attention

Before washing, check clothes labels and detergent usage instructions. Use low-density detergent suitable for washing machines.

Warning! Washing a single piece of clothing may cause severe unbalance and an alarm. Add one or two more pieces to improve spinning.

Do not wash clothes stained with kerosene, gasoline, alcohol, or other flammable materials.

Note: REGULAR, JEANS, MEMORY, HEAVY WASH, COURSE programs have fuzzy weighting function.

Option

For models with these functions:

Caution! If power is interrupted during operation, the selected program is stored in memory and recalled upon restart.

GREATWAVES™

GREATWAVES™ shortens wash time using special rhythm and water flow.

CHILD PROOF

To avoid misuse by children:

Caution! If CHILD PROOF is ON and the lid is opened during operation: the buzzer sounds, an indicator flashes, water supply stops, wash/spin operation stops, and the tub drains for approximately 20 seconds. CHILD PROOF locks all buttons except [On/Off].

Personalized Setting of Washing Course

Users can select washing courses, set washing time, number of rinses, spinning time, water volume, and course start time.

Sequence: ON/OFF -> COURSE -> WATER LEVEL -> PROCESS + SET -> PRESET -> START/HOLD.

Operations of Washing Process

Users can set single processes or combinations of washing, rinsing, and spinning.

For combinations, set times for other processes to "0" as needed.

Note: Other process combinations are set similarly. Parameters include SOAK (0-60 min), WASH (0-20 min), RINSE (0-4 times), SPIN (0-9 min).

Washing Course Table

CourseDescription
SPEED:Suitable for lightly-stained clothes and summer clothes.
DELICATE:Mid/High/Low water level, soft tempo, slow washing and spinning for minimal wear and deformation.
MEMORY:Press "Start \Hold" to set memory. Use memory program to wash. To recall, press Power on, select memory course.
TUB CLEAN:Intermittent spinning removes dirt from the drum's inner/outer surfaces and the pulsator.
REGULAR:Standard fabric washing program, suitable for cotton. Washing done once, twice for rinsing, with a slightly long spin time.
JEANS:Suitable for heavily-stained/thick clothes.
BLANKET:Longer wash time, stronger water action for better washing effect.
HEAVY WASH:For heavily-stained/thick clothes.

Lid Lock Open/Close

Note: The lid lock is not unlocked immediately after pressing Start/Hold; it unlocks after the machine completely stops. If the lid lock malfunctions, stop operation and contact after-sales service.

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning And Care

Warning! Before maintenance, unplug the machine and close the tap.

Cleaning the Cabinet

Proper maintenance extends the washing machine's working life. Clean the surface with diluted non-abrasive neutral detergents. Wipe off any water overflow immediately with a dry cloth. No sharp items are allowed.

Note: Formic acid, its diluted solvents, or equivalents (alcohol, solvents, chemical products, etc.) are forbidden.

Cleaning the Inlet Filter

Note: Clean the inlet filter if the water pressure from the inlet drops.

Washing the filter in the washing machine:

  1. Screw off the inlet pipe from the back of the machine.
  2. Pull out the filter with long-nose pliers and reinstall it after washing.
  3. Use a brush to clean the filter.
  4. Reconnect the inlet hose.

Lint filter cleaning:

  1. The washer has a built-in lint filter to collect lint during the washing cycle.
  2. It is suggested to clean the lint filter every 10 cycles.
  3. Take out the filter, clean it with water, and place it back into the washer.

Trouble Shooting

If the appliance does not start or stops during operation, try to find a solution from the table below. Otherwise, contact the service center.
