Ubiquiti Enterprise Access Hub Installation Guide
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the Ubiquiti Enterprise Access Hub.

Ensure all components are present before beginning installation:
- 1x Enterprise Access Hub (a)
- 1x Mounting Bracket (b)
- 4x Wall Anchors (c)
- 4x 8#-15T Screws (d)
- 1x Mounting Plate (e)
- 1x Cable (f)
- 1x T8 Screw (g)
- 1x Power Adapter (h)
Tools required:
- Pencil
- Drill with 6mm (1/4") drill bit
- Hammer
- Screwdriver
- Wire strippers
- Crimping tool
- EMT Conduit and Compression connector
Optional accessories:
- Access Reader G2
- Access Reader G2 Professional
Step 1: Mount the Bracket
Attach the mounting bracket (b) to the wall using the provided anchors (c) and screws (d). Ensure it is level.

Step 2: Drill Holes
Using a 6mm (1/4") drill bit, drill holes in the wall at the marked locations for cable entry.

Step 3: Secure the Bracket
Align the mounting bracket (b) with the drilled holes and secure it using the 8#-15T screws (d).

Step 4: Attach the Mounting Plate
Slide the mounting plate (e) onto the secured bracket (b).

Step 5: Mount the Enterprise Access Hub
Align the Enterprise Access Hub (a) with the mounting plate (e) and slide it down to secure it.

Step 6: Connect the Cable
Connect the cable (f) to the appropriate port on the Enterprise Access Hub.

Step 7: Prepare the Wires
Use wire strippers to remove insulation from the ends of the wires, ensuring a diameter of Ø≤1.35mm.

Step 8: Connect Door Lock
Connect the wires to the appropriate terminals for the door lock mechanism. Refer to the terminal labels: EXIT REQUEST, DOOR POSITION, LOCK (NO, COM, NC).

Fail-Secure Lock Wiring:

Step 9: Connect Push Button / Motion Sensor / Fire Panel / Siren / Door Operator
Follow the wiring diagrams to connect external devices such as push buttons, motion sensors, fire panels, sirens, and door operators to the Enterprise Access Hub.

Step 10: Secure the Hub
Use the T8 screw (g) to secure the Enterprise Access Hub.

Step 11: Connect Power and Network
Connect the power adapter (h) to the Enterprise Access Hub and a power outlet. Connect the network cable to the appropriate port.

Step 12: Configure via Mobile App
Download the Ubiquiti Access app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the in-app instructions to set up and configure your Enterprise Access Hub.

Battery Installation
Install the 36V lead-acid battery pack (1x 12V batteries) as shown in the diagram.
