Connection Options
Computer (via USB-C)
Connect the portable monitor to a compatible computer using the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable. This cable should be connected to the monitor's primary USB-C port. The computer will provide both power and signal to the monitor, allowing for extended display or duplicated display use.
Note: When connecting via a full-function USB-C port (single cable solution), the monitor's brightness may be automatically set low to ensure sufficient power. You can adjust the brightness higher, but it might be limited. Ensure the laptop's USB-C port provides over 5V 1A power.
Computer (via HDMI with external power)
For HDMI connection, use the supplied HDMI-to-Mini HDMI cable to connect the computer and the portable monitor. Additionally, connect the monitor directly to an external power adapter (supplied) via USB. You can use either the primary or secondary USB-C ports for power.
Mobile phone (via USB-C)
If no external power supply is connected to the secondary USB-C port, the mobile phone battery will supply power. The mobile phone's USB-C output must be larger than 5V 1A for this to work without external power. In this mode, energy-saving features may activate, and brightness may be reduced. You can adjust brightness and volume based on the phone's output power.
When connected to an external power supply through the secondary USB-C port, the display will provide power to the mobile phone via the external supply. The monitor's brightness will adjust automatically.
Note: If using a power bank as an external power source, it must be rated at 18W or higher. Power banks can be used for all connection types shown, not just mobile phones.
Other devices (via HDMI & USB or power adapter)
For devices without a USB-C port, you can use HDMI along with a separate power supply. Connect the HDMI-to-Mini HDMI cable between the device and the monitor, and power the monitor via USB using an external power adapter connected to either the primary or secondary USB-C ports.
Note: When connecting via HDMI, ensure the power cable is connected first, followed by the HDMI cable, for smooth signal transmission.
Notes:
- Touchscreen functionality is only available via the USB-C port; the HDMI port does not support touch input.
- Touchscreen performance may vary depending on device compatibility and operating systems.
- Touchscreen function on macOS devices may be limited.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Before cleaning the monitor, unplug the monitor power cord from the electrical outlet.
- When cleaning the antistatic screen, slightly dampen a clean, soft cloth with water. If possible, use a dedicated screen-cleaning tissue or solvent for electrostatic coating. Do not use benzene, thinner, ammonia, abrasives, or compressed air.
- If you find white powder when you unpack your monitor, wipe it off with a cloth.
- Be careful when operating the monitor, as dark monitors are easier to scratch and leave visible scratches than light monitors.
