Sanding Operation
1. Hold the tool firmly. Turn it on and apply it gently to the workpiece. This tool is generally for micro-grinding surfaces. Grinding quality is more important than quantity/speed. Do not apply excessive pressure. Keep the baseplate aligned with the workpiece. Placing a cloth under the tool can help achieve a high finish on furniture or delicate surfaces.
Cautions:
- Never block air vents with fingers or hands.
- Never run the tool without abrasive paper; this can damage the pad.
- This tool is not waterproof; do not use water on the workpiece.

After Use
Do not put the tool down immediately after turning it off. Wait until it stops completely to avoid accidents and reduce dust intake.
Clean Air Vents
Keep air inlet and outlet clean. Clean regularly or when blocked.
Check Carbon Brushes
Check and replace carbon brushes regularly. Replace when worn to the limit mark. Keep them clean and free to slip. Replace both brushes simultaneously.
Replace Carbon Brushes
Use a screwdriver to remove the brush cover, replace worn brushes, and tighten the cover.
Replaceable Parts: Carbon Brush, Switch, Cord.
