How to Use
Battery Charging
Insert the charger plug into a suitable power outlet. The charging lamp will flash green, indicating standby mode. Insert the battery firmly into the charger. The charging lamp will turn solid red during charging. If an abnormality occurs with the inserted battery, the charging lamp will flash red and green alternately. When the battery is fully charged, the charging lamp will turn solid green. After charging, unplug the charger from the power outlet. Remove the battery by holding the charger firmly.
Refer to the charger's instruction manual for specific operating procedures and precautions.
Battery Installation/Removal
⚠️ Caution: When installing or removing the battery, ensure the safety switch is set to the locked position. Never pull the trigger.
1. Battery Installation: Insert the battery correctly into the housing until it clicks into place, ensuring it is securely attached. Improper installation may cause the battery to detach unexpectedly, leading to injury. Do not force or strike the battery when inserting.
2. Battery Removal: The battery is located below the tool's grip. Press the lock release buttons on both sides and slide the battery out.
Safety Switch Operation
1. Releasing the Safety Switch: Press the safety switch and move it to the unlocked position (away from the trigger). The tool can now be operated by pulling the trigger.
2. Locking the Safety Switch: Press the safety switch and move it to the locked position (towards the trigger). The trigger cannot be pulled in this position.
Forward/Reverse Switching Knob Operation
Turn the forward/reverse switching knob on the top of the tool to set the output direction to forward (clockwise) or reverse (counter-clockwise) for screwing or unscrewing components. ⚙️ Note: Always confirm the rotation direction before operation and ensure the tool has completely stopped before changing the direction. Changing direction while the tool is running can cause damage.
Attaching and Removing Accessories (Sockets)
Accessories include sockets and socket bits. ⚠️ Caution: Before operation, always set the safety switch to the locked position and remove the battery. Do not force the trigger.
1. Attaching a Socket: Insert the socket fully onto the tool's anvil until it clicks into place. Ensure the socket is securely fixed to the tool's anvil.
2. Removing a Socket: Pull the socket in the direction of the arrow to detach it from the anvil.
Bolt (Nut) Tightening and Loosening
⚠️ Caution: When tightening or loosening bolts (nuts), ensure the tool has completely stopped before attaching the socket to the bolt (nut).
Bolt (Nut) Tightening: Turn the forward/reverse switching knob to set the tool's output to clockwise. Place the socket onto the bolt head and apply light pressure to keep it seated. Slowly pull the trigger, gradually increasing the speed. Release the trigger once the bolt is securely tightened.
? Note: Ensure the bolt is perpendicular to the mounting hole.
Bolt (Nut) Loosening: Turn the forward/reverse switching knob to set the tool's output to counter-clockwise. Place the socket onto the bolt head and pull the trigger fully. Once the bolt is completely removed, slowly release the trigger.
Features
Work Light
? The white LED work light illuminates when the trigger is pulled, providing visibility in low-light conditions. The light flashes approximately twice per second when the battery is low and approximately five times per second when the tool is overheating.
Battery Level Indicator
The power indicator displays the current battery level when the trigger is pulled. The battery level is confirmed by the status of three green LED lamps:
- 3 lamps lit: 2/3 or more remaining
- 2 lamps lit: 1/3 or more remaining
- 1 lamp lit: Less than 1/3 remaining
If all three lamps flash 5 times and then turn off, the battery level is very low.
Overload Protection
If the tool is overloaded, the motor will stop. To restart, release the trigger to reset, then pull the trigger again.
Overheating Protection
Do not overload the tool. If the load is too high or the battery exceeds its maximum temperature (75°C), the electronic control system will stop the tool until it returns to a safe operating temperature.
Over-discharge Protection
The tool is equipped with a protection circuit to prevent over-discharge of the battery. When the battery level is critically low, this function will turn off the tool.
Battery Recycling
For environmental protection, please recycle batteries properly. Batteries contain lithium. Consult your local authorities or retailer for recycling information. Cover the terminals of used batteries with strong tape to prevent short circuits or leakage. Do not open or disassemble batteries.
Inspection and Maintenance
Inspection
The owner should inspect the tool periodically. Users should perform daily checks before use. Departments owning the tool should assign staff for regular inspections, at least annually. In areas with extreme temperature changes, high humidity, or harsh working conditions, inspections should be more frequent. Inspections should be completed before the rainy season. If the tool passes regular inspections, apply a "Passed" sticker in an appropriate location, clearly indicating the tool's number, inspection department/mark, inspector/mark, and date of issue.
Maintenance
To maintain the safety and reliability of the product, all repairs, and other maintenance or adjustments should be performed by an authorized retailer. Users and maintenance departments must not alter the original design parameters of the tool. Do not use substitute materials that are inferior to the original specifications or spare parts that do not conform to the original specifications.
Cleaning
Do not use water or chemical cleaning agents to clean the tool. Wipe the tool with a dry cloth.
