Product Overview
The ANRAN HD WiFi Security Camera features a lens, microphone, spotlights, infrared LEDs, and an ambient light sensor. It also includes a Micro SD Card Slot for local storage (max 128GB) and a Reset button to restore factory settings.
CAUTION: Please insert the Micro SD Card according to the direction shown in the diagram. Micro SD Card might JAM if inserted incorrectly and the device could be damaged.
SD Card Port: Supports micro SD card for local storage (Max 128GB).
Reset button: Used to restore the camera to factory settings (Press and hold for 5-8 seconds).
Card capacity requirements: 8-128GB.
Read and write speed requirements: class10 level.
File format: FAT32.

ANRAN App Installation and Setup
To set up your camera, you need to download the ANRAN app:
- Search for "ANRAN" on the Apple Store or Google Play.
- Alternatively, scan the provided QR codes to download the app for iOS and Android.

Register an Account
- Open the ANRAN app and navigate to the login interface. Click "Sign Up".
- Sign up using your email address and click "Next".
- Set up a "Nickname" and "Password" for your app. Click "Done" to complete the registration.

Set up WiFi for the Camera
- Place your mobile phone and camera near your router, within a 5-meter distance.
- Note: The WiFi camera can only connect to a 2.4 GHz WiFi signal and does not support 5GHz WiFi. Ensure you connect to your family's 2.4GHz WiFi network for normal use.
- Log in to the "ANRAN" app, tap the "+" icon, and select "Smart Camera" to add the device.
- Reset the device by holding the reset button for 4-5 seconds until a flashing RED indicator light is visible. Then, tap "Next" in the app.
- Select your home Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and click "Next".
- Use the camera to scan the QR code displayed on your mobile phone screen from a distance of 5-8 inches. You will hear a prompt tone once successfully scanned.
- After successful network configuration, set a name and password for the device. The camera will be added successfully, and you can view the live camera screen.

FAQ
- Q: The device prompts "affine"?

- Check if the equipment is powered on.
- Verify the Wi-Fi network is stable and restart the router if necessary.
- If the device is far from the router, consider moving the router closer or using a Wi-Fi amplifier.
- Delete the camera from your ANRAN account, reset the device, and add it again.
- Ensure the device firmware and application are updated to the latest version.
- Q: Why is it still in the list of devices after resetting?
- Resetting the device only restores network configuration. To remove it from the app, you must delete it via the app itself.
- Q: How to connect the camera to another router?
- First, remove and reset the device on the app, then reconfigure it using the app.
- Q: Why doesn't the device identify the SD card?

- It is recommended to insert the SD card after powering off the device.
- Confirm the SD card is functional and formatted as FAT32.
- Poor internet connection may also prevent the TF card from being identified.
- Q: Why can't I get notifications on my cell phone App?

- Ensure the app is running on your phone and that reminder functions are enabled within the app.
- Verify that message notifications and relevant permissions are enabled in your phone's system settings.
