Product Overview

The FLEX120 is a 120V LED tape light designed for versatile lighting applications. It features factory-installed power lead wires and is available in various color temperatures and configurations.

Note: Please specify lit lengths in 3" increments - based on "Section" choice. Power feeds will be factory assembled.

Dimensions

The LED tape has a width of 0.61 inches (15.49mm) and a height of 0.26 inches (6.6mm).

Specifications

Power-Lead, Jumpers & End-Prep

FLX120-LEAD-B: Factory attached 10' bare wire bottom power lead.

FLX120-LEAD-C: Factory attached 10' bare wire standard power lead.

FLX120-JUMPER-XX: Factory attached jumper to connect two Flex120 runs. XX can be 06 (6") or 12 (12").

FLX120-EC: Factory attached end cap. Note: Flex120 channel 01 and 02 will not accommodate the end cap within the channel. See page 9 for additional length beyond the channel to complete the total run measurement.

FLX120-L-CONN: L connector for 90 degree bend application.

FLX120-JOINR: Clear joiner for connection of two strips with no light interruption.

Spectral Power Distribution (SPD): A line graph shows the normalized SPD for a "Test source" and a "Reference source" across wavelengths from 380nm to 780nm.

Color Graphics: Includes a "Color Vector Graphic" showing hue shifts and a "Color Distortion Graphic" illustrating color rendering accuracy.

Rf by Hue: A bar chart displays the Rf values for 16 hue bins, ranging from 84 to 96.

Chroma Shift by Hue: A bar chart shows the percentage of chroma shift for 16 hue bins, ranging from -3% to +6%.

Graphic Shifts Table: A table details the Rf, Chroma, and Hue shifts for each of the 16 hue bins.

Rf vs. Rg Plot: A scatter plot indicates the product's position relative to ideal Rf and Rg values.

Compatible Extrusions and Mounting

Compatible Extrusions: The FLEX120 tape light fits a 12mm snap connector and is compatible with the following anodized aluminum extrusions (available in 6.5' lengths):

• ALTN-CHAN-SLV-6.5: Dimensions approximately 1.375" W x 1" H.
• NOYS-CHAN-SLV-6.5: Dimensions approximately 1.81" W x 1.03" H.
• FRE-CHAN-SLV-6.5: Dimensions approximately 0.82" W x 1.18" H.

Note: Using FLEX120 in ALTON/NOYES/Fresco channels may create a dark spot at the power lead side due to the non-lit connection.

Mounting Channel - Open:

• FLX120-CHAN-01: PVC low-profile channel, 6.5' length. Dimensions approximately 0.76" W x 0.43" H.
• FLX120-CHAN-02: Aluminum low-profile channel, 6.5' length. Dimensions approximately 0.74" W x 0.32" H.

Note: Flex120 channels 01 and 02 will not accommodate the end cap within the channel. Additional length beyond the channel may be needed to complete the total run measurement.
