Product Structure Description

The JETE TWS T2 earbuds and charging case feature the following components:

• Earbuds:
  • MFB (Multifunction Button)
  • LED Indicator
  • Microphone
• Charging Case:
  • Indicator Power LED
  • Charging Port (USB Type-C)

Tips: Gently insert the earbuds into your ears and adjust the position to fit your ears.

Attention: Please open the plastic seals on both ends of the earbuds and place the earbuds in the charging case for approximately 10 minutes for optimal use.

How to Use

How to Turn On the Earbud

• Take the earbuds out of the charging box. The earbuds will automatically turn on, and the indicator light will blink, indicating they are ready for use.
• If the earbuds are off and out of the box, press the MFB button for 3 seconds on either side to turn them on. The earbud indicator light will flash, indicating they are ready for use.

How to Turn Off the Earbud

• Put the earbuds into the charging box, and they will automatically turn off.
• Touch and hold the MFB for 5 seconds. The white indicator light will flash 3 times, and the earbuds will turn off.

How to Connect the Device with Earbuds

• Take the earbuds out of the charging box.
• The indicator will flash red and blue on one of the earbuds.
• Switch on Bluetooth on your device.
• Search for and select "JETE-T2".
• The earbuds are ready for use.
• If the earbuds do not pair with your device within 180 seconds of activating, restart the earbuds.

Notes:

• The earbuds will automatically connect to the previous device when switched on.
• The connection will be lost when you go out of range and will automatically reconnect when you return to range within 3 minutes.

How to Increase & Decrease Volume

• Press and hold for 2 seconds on the left earbud to increase volume.
• Press and hold for 2 seconds on the right earbud to decrease volume.

How to Answer and End a Call

• Press the MFB 1 time on the right/left earbud to answer or end the call.

How to Reject a Call

• Press and hold for 2 seconds on the right/left earbud to reject the call.

How to Play Music

• Play/Pause: Press the MFB 1 time on the right/left earbud to play or pause music.
• Next Song: Press and hold for 2 seconds on the right earbud for the next song.
• Previous Song: Press and hold for 2 seconds on the left earbud for the previous song.

How to Use Mono Mode

• Remove one of the earbuds from the charging box. It will connect to the previous device.
• Play music. This mode can also be used to make phone calls.

How to Activate Voice Assistance

• Press the MFB 2 times on the right/left earbud for active voice assistance.

How to Change Mode

• Press and hold for 2 seconds on the earbuds (left/right) to change mode.

How to Charge

• Charging Case: Charge the case using a Type-C cable connected to an adapter charger. The indicator will flash orange while charging and will turn off when charging is finished.
• Earbud: Put the earbuds into the charging box to charge. The earbud indicator will be white and will turn off when the earbud battery is fully charged.

How to Factory Reset

• Take the earbuds out of the charging box. Press the MFB button 5 times simultaneously on both the left and right earbuds to restart the earbuds and prepare them for connection to your device.

• Avoid exposing the device to water vapor or humid places, as this can affect the internal circuit.
• Do not use cleaning solutions to clean the device.
• Do not expose the device to extreme heat or cold, as this can damage the device or change certain plastic parts.
• Avoid exposing the device to sharp objects, as this can cause scratches and damage.
• Do not disassemble or modify the device.
• Do not drop the device, as this can damage the circuitry.
• Always store the device at room temperature.

How to Warranty Claim JETE Product

1. All warranty claims can be made at the list of Authorized Outlets provided on the warranty card.
2. Buyers can visit an authorized Outlet or contact Customer Service at ? 081217393609 if they wish to exchange the product online.
3. All expedition shipping costs and product postage are borne by the buyer.
4. When claiming the warranty, the buyer is MANDATORY to show the completeness of the warranty, including:
   • A purchase receipt that clearly states the name of the outlet and the date of the transaction.
   • The product must still be within the specified warranty period.
   • The warranty card must be filled out.
   • The original box/packaging for the product.
5. Please inform the staff about any constraints or product damage that occurs.
6. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY if USER DAMAGE is found, including: BROKEN, CRACKED, BURNED, DROPPED, MODIFIED BY YOURSELF, or SUBMERGED IN WATER.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty

1. This warranty is valid for 2 years for original JETE products.
2. This warranty is valid for the warranty period stated on the product packaging since the date of sale.
3. During the warranty period, the user is exempt from any replacement costs that may occur.
4. The user must present the warranty card and purchase receipt when applying for a warranty.
5. The warranty applies to functional damage, such as:
   • Disfunction.
   • Audio not detected.
   • Indicator off.
   • Battery damage.
6. This warranty DOES NOT APPLY if:
   • The PRODUCT IS BROKEN, CRACKED, BURNED, FALLEN.
   • The product has been MODIFIED BY YOURSELF, SOAKED IN WATER.
   • Supporting accessories such as cables, adapters, etc. (unless specified otherwise).
   • Abnormal use, improper storage, natural disasters, intentional modification, or any intentional damage.
   • The product has been repaired by a third party.
   • The data is not filled in completely by the seller and buyer.
   • Damage caused by user error.
   • The product warranty period has expired.
