Product Description Structure

The JETE SK1 is a compact wireless keyboard designed for versatile connectivity.

Indicator LEDs:

1. CapsLock Indicator: Turns green when Caps Lock is active. It will automatically turn off after 5 seconds of inactivity.
2. Battery Status Indicator: Green. Blinks to show remaining battery: 1 blink = 25%, 2 blinks = 50%, 3 blinks = 75%, 4 blinks = 100%.
3. Low Battery Indicator: Red. Lights up for 2 seconds when the keyboard battery is low, and remains lit until the keyboard turns off.
4. 2.4G Channel Indicator: White. Blinks occasionally (slowly) in standby mode. Blinks rapidly when entering pairing mode. Stops blinking if there is no connection for 20 seconds.
5. Bluetooth Channel 1 Indicator: White. Blinks occasionally (slowly) in standby mode. Blinks rapidly when entering pairing mode. Stops blinking if there is no connection for 20 seconds.
6. Bluetooth Channel 2 Indicator: White. Blinks occasionally (slowly) in standby mode. Blinks rapidly when entering pairing mode. Stops blinking if there is no connection for 20 seconds.
7. Power Button: Labeled 'I-O', used to Turn On / Turn Off the keyboard.

Note: When the keyboard battery is low, typing may be delayed or slow. The used channel indicator will light white until the keyboard power automatically turns off. Please replace the battery with a new one so that the keyboard can work optimally.

Connection Methods

Bluetooth Connection

Install 2 x AAA batteries behind the keyboard slot.
Slide the power switch to the "ON" side to turn on the keyboard.
For Bluetooth 1: Press the '①' button once. The indicator will flash white intermittently. Then, press and hold the '①' button for 3 seconds. The indicator will flash white rapidly, signaling the keyboard enters pairing mode.
For Bluetooth 2: Press the '②' button once. The indicator will flash white intermittently. Then, press and hold the '②' button for 3 seconds. The indicator will flash white rapidly, signaling the keyboard enters pairing mode.
On your device, turn on the Bluetooth function. Activate the search and select "JETE-SK1". Wait until the keyboard and the device are successfully connected. After successful pairing, the indicator on the 'B1/B2' button will turn off.

Notes on Bluetooth Pairing:

After connecting with the first device, repeat steps 3 & 4 to pair with a second device.
If the keyboard is in pairing mode but not paired within 3 minutes, it will stop pairing mode. Repeat steps 3 & 4 to pair again.
If pairing fails, please delete the pairing on the other device and repeat the pairing procedure again.

Receiver 2.4G Connection

Install 2 x AAA batteries behind the keyboard slot.
Slide the power switch to the "ON" side to turn on the keyboard.
Take out the 2.4G dongle from behind the bottom slot of the keyboard and insert it into the USB port on your device.
Press the ' ' button (referring to the 2.4G channel button). The indicator will flash white and then turn off when the keyboard is connected.

Notes on 2.4G Connection:

If the keyboard and the device cannot be connected, long-press the "ESC + =" keys together for about 3 seconds. The 2.4G channel enters pairing mode. Insert the dongle into the USB port.

Switch Mode

After connecting devices via '①' (Bluetooth 1), '②' (Bluetooth 2), or the 2.4G dongle, press the corresponding channel key on the keyboard to switch across multiple devices.

Note: 1 device can only be connected via 1 channel.

Language Settings

The keyboard language is English (US). To be able to activate all keys, please set your device with the same language.

If your device does not have an English (US) language option, please follow these steps:

For iOS devices: Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboard > Add New Keyboard > Select "English (US)".
For Samsung Android Devices: Settings > Controls > Language and Input > Samsung Keyboard > Select "Input languages" > Select "English (US)".
For Windows devices: Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Select "English (US)".

How to change keyboard language:

Press "Win + Space" keys simultaneously.
Then the language options will appear.
Then select the desired language.

Notes:

When the keyboard is not connected well, please turn off the keyboard, restart the Bluetooth device and reconnect it, or delete some Bluetooth names that have been paired, and try to reconnect it.
Please press the channel button to replace the already connected one; wait for 3 seconds, and it will work normally.
The keyboard has memory function. After the keyboard is connected with 1 channel well, turn off the keyboard and turn on again, the keyboard will connect to the previous channel automatically, and the indicator for the selected channel will light up.

Sleep Mode:

When the keyboard is not used for 30 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode and the light indicator will turn off.
When you want to use the keyboard again, tap any key. The keyboard will be active again in less than 3 seconds, and the light indicator will light up, indicating that the keyboard can be used again.

Maintenance

Please read the following recommendations before using JETE products:

Avoid exposing the device to water vapor or humid places. This can affect the internal circuit.
Do not use cleaning solutions to clean the device.
Do not expose the device to extreme heat or cold, as this can damage the device or change certain plastic parts.
Avoid exposing the device to sharp objects, as this can cause scratches and damage.
Do not disassemble or modify the device.
Do not drop the device, as this can damage the circuitry.
Always store the device at room temperature.

Warranty Information

How to Claim JETE Product Warranty

All warranty claims can be made at the list of Authorized Outlets listed on the warranty card.
Buyers can come to an authorized Outlet or contact Customer Service +62812-1739-3609 if they want to exchange the product online.
All expedition shipping costs / product postage are borne by the buyer.
When claiming the warranty, the buyer is MANDATORY to show the completeness of the warranty:
- A purchase receipt that clearly states the name of the outlet and the date of the transaction.
- The product must still be within the specified warranty period.
- Warranty card that has been filled out.
- Box/Packing Product.
Please inform the staff about any constraints or product damage that occurs.
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY if USER DAMAGE is found, namely: BROKEN, CRACKED, BURNED, DROPPED, MODIFIED BY YOURSELF, SUBMERGED IN WATER.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty

This warranty is valid for 2 years for original JETE products.
This warranty is valid for the warranty period stated on the product packaging since the date of sale.
During the warranty period, the user is exempt from any replacement costs that may occur.
The user must show the warranty card and purchase receipt when applying for a warranty.
The warranty applies to functional damage:
- Disfunction.
- Audio not detected.
- Indicator off.
- Battery damage.
This warranty DOES NOT APPLY if:
- PRODUCT IS BROKEN, CRACKED, BURNED, FALLEN,
- MODIFIED BY YOURSELF, SOAKED IN WATER.
- Supporting accessories such as: cables, adapters, etc.
- Abnormal use, not stored properly, natural disasters, modified, or anything intentionally.
- The product has been repaired by a third party.
- The data is not filled in completely by the seller and buyer.
- Damage caused by user error.
- The product warranty period has expired.
