Philips Money-Back Guarantee Promotion
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Philips money-back guarantee promotion, referred to as the "Akció" or "Promotion".

Eligibility: Natural persons residing in Hungary, aged 18 or over. Employees of Philips Magyarország Kft. and their close relatives are excluded.
Promotion Period: From January 1, 2020, until withdrawn by the Organizer.
Promotion Mechanism and Refund Conditions
Customers who purchase any of the listed Philips Sonicare electric toothbrushes or Philips Sonicare PowerFlosser water flossers from a Hungarian retailer during the promotion period and are not satisfied with the product can claim a refund.
To claim the refund, customers must submit a refund request form (provided as Attachment 1) to the Organizer within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be issued in the form of a voucher, typically within 60 days of receiving the completed request.
The voucher can be redeemed at the place of purchase for the full purchase price of the product.

Claiming the Refund
To claim the refund, customers must send the following to the Organizer's address:
- The original receipt or invoice proving the purchase, with the product name and price circled.
- The product itself, including all accessories.
- The product's original packaging.
- A brief written explanation of why the customer is dissatisfied with the product.

Refund Process:
Customers must provide their full name, address, and contact details when returning the product. A refund request form or a letter containing this information must be included.
The letter should include:
- Customer's full name
- Customer's phone number
- Customer's email address
- Customer's postal address
- A brief comment about the product
- A statement of dissatisfaction: "I am dissatisfied with the product, therefore I wish to use the money-back guarantee."
- Customer's signature
The Organizer does not reimburse any postal or shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning the product.
Organizer's Rights and Responsibilities
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion with prior notification to customers.
The Organizer is not responsible for any damages, costs, or losses arising from any errors, omissions, malfunctions, or delays related to the promotion, except for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Counterfeit or manipulated Philips products are not eligible for the promotion. The Organizer's decision in any disputes related to the promotion is final.
If significant abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the Organizer may suspend or cancel the promotion and exclude participants involved.
Data Handling and Privacy
The data controller for this promotion is Philips Magyarország Kft. Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of managing the promotion, including verifying purchases, processing refunds, and customer communication.
By participating in the promotion and submitting the refund request, customers agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer's privacy policy.
Customers have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data. For any data-related inquiries or requests, customers can contact the Organizer via the contact information provided on the Philips website.
In case of any data protection concerns, customers may also contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
General Provisions
The promotion will be advertised through stickers on participating products, in-store flyers, and the Philips website (www.philips.hu).
By submitting a refund request, customers acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions of this promotion.
