Operation Area
- This dehumidifier is intended for indoor residential applications only. It should not be used for commercial or industrial applications.
- Place the dehumidifier on a smooth and level floor.
- A dehumidifier operating indoors will have no effect in drying an adjacent enclosed area, such as a closet.
- Place the dehumidifier in an area where the temperature will not be below 5°C or above 32°C.
- Allow at least 20-30 cm of air space on all sides of the unit.
- Close all doors, windows and other outside openings of the room to improve the working effect.
- Keep the air inlet/outlet clean and not blocked.
- Do not use a dehumidifier in a bathroom.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
Notes: The dehumidifier has rollers to aid placement. Do not attempt to roll the dehumidifier on carpet or over objects. Otherwise, water may spill out from the bucket or the dehumidifier may get stuck by the objects.
Safety Precautions
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Before operation, check the power cord to ensure it complies with the requirement indicated on the nameplate.
- Before cleaning, turn off and unplug the dehumidifier.
- Ensure the power cord is not pressed by any hard object.
- Do not remove the power plug or move the unit by pulling the power cord.
- Do not use any heating application near the dehumidifier.
- Do not remove the power plug with wet hands.
- Use a grounded power cord and ensure it is well connected and not damaged.
- Children and disabled people are not allowed to use the dehumidifier without supervision.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Keep children from playing or climbing on the dehumidifier.
- Do not place the dehumidifier under dripping objects.
- Memory function is included. When nobody is taking care of the unit, turn it off and remove the power plug or disconnect power.
- Do not repair or disassemble the unit yourself.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- If an abnormal condition occurs (e.g., burned smell), disconnect power at once and contact the local dealer.
- Dehumidifiers cannot be disposed of everywhere. To dispose of this dehumidifier, check with the local handling disposal or information service center about what to do.
WARNING: Do not use means to accelerate the defrosting process or to clean, other than those recommended by the manufacturer. The appliance shall be stored in a room without continuously operating ignition sources (for example: open flames, an operating gas appliance or an operating electric heater). Do not pierce or burn. Be aware that refrigerants may not contain an odour. The maximum refrigerant charge amount: 55 g. When the machine malfunctions, do not repair it yourself. Please contact a professional organization or a professional trained maintenance personnel or a service organization recommended by the supplier for repair!

Check Before Operation
Before operation, please first check whether the float is properly placed. Below are the checking steps:
- Hold the handles on both sides of the water bucket and pull it out following the arrow direction.
- Check whether the float in the water bucket is properly placed. It might have been moved a little after long-time transportation. If it's not placed properly, move it to the correct position by hand. Please remove the handle and check it.
Operation Method
Indicator Lights
- Full of water: Indicates that the bucket is full or removed or not placed correctly.
- TIMER: For setting the timer.
- Sleep: Activates sleep mode.
- Dry clothes: For drying clothes.
- Air clean: For air purification.
- swinging: Louver swings automatically.
- Child lock: Activates child lock.
- Defrost: Indicates defrosting process.
- Normal dehumidifying: Normal dehumidification mode.
- Continuous dehumidifying: Continuous dehumidification mode.
- Low wind: Low fan speed.
- High wind: High fan speed.
- strong dehumidifying: Strong dehumidification mode.
Notes:
- Water bucket must be correctly installed for the dehumidifier to operate.
- Do not remove the bucket while the unit is in operation.
- If you want to use a drain hose to drain water away, please install the hose according to the section "Drainage method".
- Each time you press an effective button on the control panel, it will give out a "beep" sound.
Basic Functions of the Buttons
Power Button or Stand by
Press this button to turn the dehumidifier on/off.
Humidity Settings
Set humidity, the range is 30%-80%. In normal mode, press left or right arrows to set humidity level.
Sleep Mode
Press the Sleep button to turn on the sleep function. While the machine is still working in any mode, all lights are off except the sleep light, water full light, and child lock light. Press any key in sleep mode to perform functions and wake up.
Air Cleaner
If you choose the compressor to stop working and the unit works as an air purifier only.
Auto Swing button
Press the Auto Swing button and the corresponding indicator will light up. The louver will start to swing automatically.
Child Lock
Long press the Auto Swing button and Air clean button. Again, long press for 5 seconds to unlock.
Fan Speed Button
Pressing this button can set fan speed circularly as: High, Low. The corresponding indicator will be on for each fan speed.
Timer Button
Press this button to set Timer On or Timer Off (Timing range 01~24h).
- Set Timer Off: When the unit is on, press this button and the Timer Indicator will blink. The timer will increase each time you press the button by 01 to 24 h. When the time is set, wait for 5s or press this button to turn this function on.
- Cancel Timer Off: Under the condition that this function is turned on, press the TIMER button until the timer screen shows 00 h.
- Set Timer On: When the unit is off, press this button and the Timer Indicator will blink. The timer will increase each time you press the button by 01 to 24 h. When the time is set, wait for 5s or press this button to turn this function on.
- Cancel Timer On: Under the condition that this function is turned on, press the TIMER button until the timer screen shows 00 h.
- Timing range: 01~24 hours.
Dehumidify Mode Button
Press this button to select different kinds of working modes. After each pressing of this button, the mode will switch among the below options:
- Normal: You can set the target humidity 30% - 80% and the fan speed as you wish.
- Automatic: In this option, the unit works without any set of humidity, but the fan speed is set to LOW automatically. In this option, you cannot set the humidity; the unit works continuously.
- Strong: The default target humidity level is 30%. The appliance constantly works with the dehumidifying function until ambient humidity reaches 30%. The fan will operate at high speed and cannot be adjusted.
Dry Cloths button
In this option, the unit works to dry your clothes. The fan speed is set to HIGH automatically. In this option, you cannot set the humidity; the unit works.
Other Instructions
- Alarm Warning: If the bucket is full or not locked into place, a buzzer will go off for 20s to remind you to empty the bucket or put it back into the correct place.
- Auto Stop: When the bucket is full, removed, or not placed correctly, or the humidity is 5% lower than the set humidity, the unit will automatically stop.
- Memory Function: If power is lost, all control settings are remembered. So when power is restored, the unit will start back up in the settings it was in when power was lost.
- Full of water light: This indicates that the bucket is full or removed or not placed correctly.
Drainage Option
Option 1: Emptying Manually
Notes:
- Do not remove the bucket when the unit is in operation or has just stopped. Otherwise, it may cause some water to drip on the floor.
- Do not use the hose if using the water bucket to collect water. When the hose is connected, water will be drained out through it instead of into the bucket.
- Hold the handles on both sides of the water bucket and pull it out following the arrow direction. (Attention: Pull out the bucket carefully in case the water may spill out from the bucket and onto the floor.)
- Empty the bucket by grasping the handle on the top of the bucket with one hand and grasping the bottom of the bucket with the other hand.
- Replace the bucket in the dehumidifier according to the arrow direction.
Option 2: Gravity Drain Hose
- Hose is provided, so the user shall prepare it in advance. [Size: The hose thread should have an outer diameter of 10 mm and length 1 meter]
- Remove the bucket from the unit as instructed.
- Thread the drain hose onto the nozzle and make sure it's securely locked.
- Replace the bucket. Make sure the drain hose goes through the bucket's drain hole and is placed downward. Lead the hose to the floor drain and then cover the hole with a lid. Note that the drain hose should not be pressed, otherwise water cannot be drained out.
Note: When you want to take off the drain hose, prepare a receptacle to collect water from the nozzle.
Set an air clean filter to a dehumidifier
Notes: The lifespan of the ionic and carbon filter is based on the environmental air, normally it replaces after 1 year. If it is dirty, clean up dust or debris with a brush and dry it in the sunshine.
Clean and Maintenance
Warning:
- Before cleaning, turn off the dehumidifier and disconnect power. Otherwise, it may lead to electric shock.
- Do not wash the dehumidifier with water, or it may lead to electric shock.
- Do not use volatile liquids (such as thinner or gasoline) to clean the dehumidifier. Otherwise, it will damage the unit's appearance.
1. Grille and Case
To clean the case: When there is dust on the case, use a soft towel to dust it off; When the case is very dirty (greasy), use mild detergent to clean it. To clean the grille: Use a dust catcher or brush.
2. Water Bucket
Every few weeks, clean the bucket to prevent the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria. Use a soft brush to clean the bucket and then rinse it.
Warning:
- Do not operate the dehumidifier without a filter. Otherwise, the evaporator will catch dust and affect the unit's performance.
- Do not dry the air filter with fire or an electric hair dryer. Otherwise, the air filter may be misshaped or caught on fire.
- Don't use a dust catcher or brush to clean the air filter. Otherwise, the air filter may be destroyed.
Check Before Use-season
- Check whether the air outlet is blocked.
- Check whether the power plug and power socket are in good condition.
- Check whether the air filter is clean.
- Check whether the drain hose is damaged.
Long-time Storage
If you will not use the dehumidifier for a long time, we suggest that you follow the steps below to maintain the unit in good condition:
- Make sure the bucket is clear of water and the drain hose is removed.
- Unplug the dehumidifier and pack the power cord.
- Clean the unit and wrap it well to prevent the gathering of dust.
Troubleshooting
Not all the following problems are malfunctions.

Unit's Malfunction Codes
Display Code "E2": Temperature and Humidifier Sensor is damaged
Defrost procedure
Please note if the ROOM temperature is less than 24°C, the unit will start defrost function!
- ≥24°C: no defrost
- 18-23°C: 2 hours dehumidify then 5 minute defrost, cycle;
- 12-18°C: 25 minute dehumidify then 5 minute defrost, cycle;
- 5-12°C: 8 minute dehumidify then 3 minute defrost, cycle;
- 5-12°C: unit protection, compressor off, fan off. All operation mode cannot be activated except air circulation mode.
Dehumidifier does not dry air as intended.
