Product Overview

This 3-in-1 wireless charging station is designed to charge multiple devices simultaneously. It is compatible with a range of smartphones and smartwatches that support Qi wireless charging.

Important Safety Instructions

• Read the user manual carefully before use.
• Do not store the device in high-temperature environments or expose it to fire.
• Do not use the wireless charger beyond its output rating to avoid fire or injury.
• Keep the charger away from rain or snow.
• Do not modify, repair, or disassemble the unit. Contact the manufacturer for assistance.
• Switch off the charger when not in use. It will automatically switch off when disconnected from the power source.
• It is normal to hear a humming noise when close to the charger, as it adjusts temperature for efficient charging.
• If the device cannot be fully charged, it may be due to high environmental temperature. Recharge after the temperature lowers. The charger has temperature control for device safety.

Important Notes for Charging

• The Watch Wireless Charging Area supports Apple Watch only.
• Remove phone cases if they are thicker than 3mm or if the phone's length exceeds 164mm.
• Use a certified QC 3.0 Fast Charging Wall Adapter (18W 9V/2A) to power the device. Do not plug into computer USB ports or other non-certified USB ports.
• A QC3.0 fast charging adapter is required for simultaneous charging of three devices or for fast charging effect.
• Disconnect the device from power before cleaning.
• For optimal charging, ensure the Qi-enabled device is accurately placed in the wireless charging area.
• The thickness of the phone case should be 6mm or less for optimal charging.
• Only genuine Apple AirPods charging cases are supported; other third-party cases may not be compatible.

Troubleshooting

LED light flashes and wireless charging dock does not work:

• Ensure your device supports Qi wireless charging.
• Verify that a QC3.0 9V/2A adapter is used to power the wireless charger.
• Test with different USB cables.
• Check for metal objects in the device's case. Magnetic and metal attachments can cause the LED to flash and prevent charging.
