Automatic power-on upon wearing

While using the product, ensure that the inner surface of the right side of the product's headband is in contact with your skin. Obstructions, such as excessive hair or other objects, might interfere with the auto power-on function.

Power Off

To power off the device, remove the product, then press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

The reconnection process will be accompanied by an ascending tone, and successful reconnection will be signalled by a 'Dong' chime. Alternatively, you can manually connect by selecting “HaptiFit Terra” from the list of devices in your device's Bluetooth settings.

If the product fails to reconnect after three minutes of attempts, it will automatically shut down.

A descending chime will alert you if Bluetooth is turned off on your mobile device or if the pairing has been disconnected. This chime signifies that Bluetooth is no longer connected, and the product will switch to pairing mode.

The product is designed with an automatic shut-off feature if it is not worn for over three minutes. When you put the product back on, it will automatically turn on and attempt to reconnect with the last paired device.

When the battery is high, the indicator light will blink slowly. Once fully charged, the indicator light will stay illuminated.

Battery

Battery capacity: 200mAh

Battery Type: Lithium-ion Battery

Charging Specifications: 5V=1A

Battery Life

Under room temperature, usage at 75% volume provides approximately 8 hours of playback, while usage at 100% volume provides approximately 4 hours.

Factors such as high or low temperatures, continuous activation of motion monitoring features, extended use of indicator lights, specific test music, varying sound modes for different scenes, and battery degradation may lead to reduced battery life. Actual usage duration may vary based on individual usage scenarios.

File Transfer and Mojawa App

File Transfer

Use the magnetic charging cable to connect the product to a computer or smartphone. The product will appear on the computer as a mobile storage device named “HAPTIFIT TERRA”.

Avoid forcibly interrupting the process to prevent potential damage to the product during file transfer from a computer or smartphone. HaptiFit Terra supports 6 file formats: MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, M4A, APE, with a maximum of 48k*16-bit resolution. If your files are not in these formats, use transcoding software to convert them to MP3 format before transferring them to the mobile storage device.

Heart Rate and Activity Monitoring

When used with the mobile app, HaptiFit Terra features heart rate and activity monitoring, AI Sports Trainer, and haptic feedback.

Heart Rate Monitoring

Once connected, the Mojawa app allows users to input basic information like height, weight, gender, and age through a setup guide. HaptiFit Terra will continuously monitor changes in heart rate during exercise, leveraging this data to compute a personalized heart rate range derived from your workout history. Via the app, users can set specific heart rate alert values. During intense workouts where a high heart rate is detected, the app triggers a tactile heartbeat reminder, advising the user to consider reducing the workout intensity.

Activity Monitoring

HaptiFit Terra supports monitoring outdoor running, non-open water swimming, outdoor cycling, and records and analyses workout metrics to provide training recommendations.

Mojawa app requires permissions for Bluetooth, location, network, etc. during the initial setup.

Input your swimming pool's length on the mobile app before your first swim; subsequent swims will default to the previously set length.

Outdoor running and non-open water swimming can be recorded using HaptiFit Terra without the need of a phone.

In Bluetooth or MP3 mode, triple-tap the Right Tap Control Panel on the product to enter workout selection mode; double-tap to switch between running and swimming. The product will automatically start recording workout data after a few seconds.

Double-tapping during training will announce the real-time training stats. Completed workout records will be displayed after syncing with the app.

Outdoor cycling requires the app. Start the recording in the app and ensure the app runs in the background to collect GPS data and record comprehensive cycling information.

AI Sports Trainer and Haptic Training Feedback

AI Sports Trainer

HaptiFit Terra can analyse user training records and performance. The Mojawa app generates personalized training plans based on the analysis of training performance and goals.

Haptic Training Feedback

The app allows users to set a target running cadence, and HaptiFit Terra will consistently provide haptic cues for cadence to assist in maintaining a steady running rhythm.

During intense workouts where a high heart rate is detected, the app triggers a haptic heartbeat reminder, advising the user to consider reducing the workout intensity.

Storage and Maintenance

The device should be stored in a cool, dry place. The operational environment temperature for the device should range between 0°C and 45°C, while the charging environment temperature should be between 0°C and 40°C. Prolonged exposure to excessively cold, hot, or humid environments may reduce the battery's lifespan.

The device is rated IP68 for swimming-grade waterproof. However, it is advisable to prevent contact with corrosive substances like soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, perfume, etc. After swimming or water sports, promptly rinse the device with clean water. Avoid exposing the device to high-speed water flow, steam, or impact from falls. Waterproof performance may diminish over time.

It's recommended to charge the battery at least once every six months; prolonged periods without charging can diminish battery capacity and lifespan. When not in use for an extended time, recharge before use.

Ensure the charging port is dry before charging to reduce the risk of damage to the device and charging cable.
