Charging and Endurance

Charging

Charge the headphones with the magnetic charging cable attached to the product. The indicator will flash during charging.

At room temperature, the product can be fully charged within about 60 minutes. In special circumstances like low temperature, the charging time may be longer, depending on actual conditions.

Indicator Status:

  • Low battery: indicator will have short-time flashing.
  • High battery: indicator light will have long-time flashing.
  • Fully charged: indicator will keep being on.

Endurance

At room temperature, the headphones can maintain play for about 8 hours at 75% volume, and for about 6 hours at 100% volume. High and low temperatures, special tracks, different sound scenes, and attenuation of battery life, etc., will reduce the battery life. The specific endurance of the product depends on actual conditions.

Data Transfer and Application

Data Transfer

After the product is connected with a computer through the magnetic data cable, a mobile storage device named Run Plus will be displayed on the computer side. When data transfer is running on the computer side, do not forcibly interrupt it, otherwise the product may be damaged.

App

Scan the QR code to download the MOJAWA App, through which you can configure the sound mode or upgrade the firmware etc. for the product.

Storage and Maintenance

The headphones should be stored in a cool and dry place. They should be used at the ambient temperature between 0°C and 45°C and charged at the ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C. The lifespan of the battery may be reduced when it is operated in an extreme environment where it is too cold, hot, or damp.

The product is IP68 swimming-grade waterproof, but it is better not to expose it to soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or perfume, or to high-speed water flow, water vapor, sea water, or drop shock, as the waterproof performance of the product is not permanently effective and it may decrease over time.

When left unused for a long time, the headphones must be recharged before use.

A dry charging port helps to reduce the damage risk of your headphones during charging.

Safety and Certification
