Promotion Details

Purchase(s) of Participating Product(s) by an Eligible Person during the Promotional Period from the Promoter's Eligible Online Store qualify for selected Bonus(es). Participating Products and Bonus(es) are available while stocks last.

This Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

Eligible Person

Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over, who comply with these terms and conditions and can access the Promoter's Eligible Online Store. Anyone under 18 may require a parent or guardian to sign these terms. Purchases for commercial, trade, or business purposes are excluded.

Participating Product(s) and Bonus(es)

Participating Products and their corresponding Bonus(es) are detailed in Appendix 1. Bonus(es) may include entry into a draw to win a product or service.

Further Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion for any reason, including fraud or technical failures, subject to regulatory authority directions. Any changes will be notified on the Eligible Online Store.

2. Purchase(s) and Bonus(es)

Purchases must be made with New Zealand details, including a valid New Zealand payment method and delivery address. Additional information may be required. Bonus(es) are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a Bonus is unavailable, it may be substituted with an equivalent or greater value Bonus at the Promoter's discretion.

• Voucher Code: Must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
• Trade-in Boost: Requires trading in an eligible device according to the Samsung Instant Trade-In Program.
• Draw: Bonus may include participation in a draw. Winner notification and prize claim procedures are specified.

3. Fulfilment of Participating Product and Refund

Products and Bonus(es) will be fulfilled as per normal lead times. If a Participating Product is returned or refunded, the Bonus(es) (or its value) must also be returned. The purchaser is liable for all costs associated with non-return of Bonus(es).

4. Verification of Eligibility and Decision of Promoter

The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not comply with the terms or who tamper with the Promotion. The Promoter's decisions are final.

5. Liability and Responsibility

The Promoter is not liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in communication, or for theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to communications. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by participants. Liability is excluded for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the Promotion, including technical malfunctions, third-party interference, or issues with purchase documentation.

6. Privacy

Personal information is collected to conduct the Promotion and may be disclosed to third parties for this purpose. Information will be retained only as long as necessary and will be destroyed thereafter, unless required by law. Claimants have the right to access and correct their personal information.
